It's been a year since any comments on this thread. UID is still in NamUs. I speculate she was homeless, perhaps has mental health issues she needed help with.
It won't be easy to ID her if she has family living elsewhere who just think she's living a transient lifestyle somewhere.:(

Hi AJ, I'm so sorry about your mother. I do think she's a good possibility for this unidentified woman! Keeping in mind that hair color and eye color were chosen at random because the person was completely skeletonized, and that the facial recon chose to portray the person as very thin for whatever reason, the facial reconstruction looks a lot like Susie (looking at chin shape, nose, etc).

From what I can see publicly on NamUs, your mother and this woman have not been compared yet. If you're up for it, I think the best and fastest way to bring this to law enforcement attention is to call the number included in these articles - 410-396-2100. This is the number for Commander Hohman Jr., who leads the Homicide and Robbery division at Baltimore PD (I wouldn't get worried looking at his division, many homicide divisions also cover non-foul play missing persons). If, for whatever reason, they want this woman's case number, it is 9-190906488.
Good luck! If the number doesn't work (number is down, receptionist doesn't understand your suggestion, etc), you could also e-mail Commander Hohman at [email protected]. I would try the phone number first though, and hopefully they will expedite your suggestion considering you're family.

Hmm...wonder what happened with this UID and Susie Stiltner? I may send an e-mail to NamUs as well (I'm not sure what her daughter managed to achieve with her contact).
