things I have read and heard the other 6 kids father was questioned and released. The kids were taken by cps and placed in homes. He has a peace order against him that wasn't renewed due to the person placing order did not show up. The mother of Joanna has posts suggesting he was doing things to shareice. Again this is just stuff I have read online and heard around.

“We’re not optimistic that either are alive at this point,” Baltimore Police spokesman T.J. Smith says.

A friend of the family reported the disappearances on February 7.

They lived in the 2800 block of Round Road. Shariece was last seen around 2:30 or 3 p.m. that day and Joanna around 11 p.m., according to Smith.

“People that were fairly active on social media, fairly socially active with friends and family,” Smith says. “It all cut off on February 7. We do absolutely suspect foul play in this case and we’re looking for any information we can get.”

Joanna Clark and her daughter, Shariece, were last seen in February, separately, at two different points throughout the day.

Police say ever since the day they were last seen, there has been no trace of either two on social media or anywhere hinting as to where they could be, or even if they’re still alive.

Wednesday is Joanna's birthday. Tuesday evening family gathered in hopes of finding their loved ones.

"They got to be on this planet. Please, we are willing to pay, we will work with you. (We) need them back," said Margaret Tucker, Joanna's mother.

The family is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to Joanna and Shariece's return.

Joanna Clark, 33, and her daughter Shariece Clark, 15, both went missing on February 4, 2017, but at different times. The exact circumstances of that Saturday afternoon and evening remain unclear, but Shariece was last heard from around 2:30 p.m., after she had finished babysitting her six younger siblings at their family’s home in the Cherry Hill neighborhood of South Baltimore, Maryland. Later that night, her mother Joanna was thought to have been spending time with friends. Joanna’s last known communication was between 11:00 p.m. and midnight. It is unknown if Joanna ever made it home. It wasn’t until Joanna missed two work shifts, the following Monday and Tuesday, that the pair were reported missing by a friend of the family.

ore than two years after her daughter and granddaughter went missing in South Baltimore, Margaret Tucker believes they were killed and says she’s looking for justice.

Flyers from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children list the two as “missing under suspicious circumstances.”

No arrests have been made. A Baltimore Police spokesman said he had no update on the case but that detectives continue to investigate and urged anyone with information to call.

On this year’s anniversary of her daughter and granddaughter’s disappearance, Tucker got the image of their faces tattooed on her arm. She said she spends hours online trying to raise awareness about the case, running a Facebook page dedicated to the pair.

In the months since, the mother-daughter case has been featured on a podcast devoted to missing persons. And in a video published to YouTube in December 2017, a journalist who specializes in covering unsolved crimes confronted the man Tucker suspects of being behind their disappearance. He denied any involvement.
