The body of Kathy Horsey was found in a wooded area off a dirt road between Marquis Avenue and West Road, behind the Green Acres Cemetery in Salisbury, Wicomico County, MD. Investigation revealed Horsey had been shot. It was alleged that Kathy Horsey participated in prostitution for drugs and would at times "rip off" people.
