The Howard County Police Department is asking for the local publics assistance in locating missing 28 year old Kidest Warren out of the Columbia, Maryland area.
Kidest was last seen on October 25, 2017 at a facility in the 9000 block of Route 108 in Columbia, which helps people transition from institutional placement to the community. She told staff she was walking to a nearby store but did not return to the behavioral health facility .
She was last seen wearing a brown floral shirt and brown leggings. Howard County Police received a report last night, October 27, 2017, that Kidest had walked off and has not since returned. Officials are concerned about Kidest, who needs daily medication and may be suffering from a mental health issue. Preliminary investigation has not revealed her whereabouts.
