Just my thoughts this morning. . .
As far as "The American Polygraph Association Standards and Ethics Committee require that the examinee be given the results if requested." Link? Because I went here. . .
http://www.polygraph.org/section/about-us/laws-and-standards-practice
and didn't find any such thing.
A poster asked if we know if harm came to Ayla. I guess that depends on how you interpret LE's statements. What they said was. . .
I realize that can be interpreted a couple different ways, but we have to consider that it could mean that LE believes or has evidence that harm came to Ayla. We certainly can't rule it out.
Lastly, I was thinking about that darn gate. It was so oddly included in the first rendition that it actually stuck out like a sore thumb. That begs the question why. I think it can only point to it's relevance in some way. But I'm not convinced that it isn't "the pool ladder" in a way (referring to the CA trial). I'm just not sure if something bad did happen to Ayla, like an accidental fall down the stairs, that all three adults there that night would agree to a cover-up of an accident. Would the gate come into play if Ayla is found and the defense story is going to be it was an accident? :waitasec: I'm just trying to make sense if it.

http://bangordailynews.com/2011/12/...nolds-continues-into-another-holiday-weekend/WATERVILLE, Maine The search for Ayla Reynolds has entered a new phase with the announcement Friday night that the case is now a criminal investigation.
At this point, we believe that foul play has occurred in connection with Aylas disappearance, read a press release from Waterville police Chief Joseph Massey. The case has evolved from the search for a missing child to a criminal investigation.
