maybe they all three (Justin, his sis and his mother) say they left Courtney with the baby and when they came home SHE told them she put her to bed------so aunt and dad never checked on her til morning...they play stupid.... and Courtney is fried. Does Mass have the death penalty?

But she can say they lied about the blood, and lied about everything. Maybe she was sound asleep and woke up to a missing child?

LE did state that they all took LD tests and that they all know how they did...I tend to think that means no one passed, since we are not hearing about it from the POI's...JMO

:waitasec: So let's see ...

- Ayla has NOT been seen since December 17 -- actually December 16 because Justin did not bring her to that doctor's appointment ... and prior to that, there has been NO confirmation of anyone else seeing Ayla for some time, other than the 3 in the home the night she went "missing" ... and one of the neighbors did not even know Ayla was living there ...

- 2 of SA's prosecutors -- from the "homicide division" -- paid a "visit" to the DiPietro home on Dec 22 ... you can bet the CSI Team had uncovered important evidence that they needed the SA to see firsthand for their case ...

- The blood evidence ... there is "confirmation" of blood evidence ... but LE is not saying how much blood, where EXACTLY the blood was found ...

- LE said that all 3 took Lie Detector Tests -- and these 3 KNOW the results -- but LE is not confirming IF they all "SMOKED IT" ...

- And LE has said that an "intruder" did NOT enter the DiPietro home and "take" Ayla ...

:waitasec: :waitasec:

MOO ...

CR may be sleuthed. Her family members must NOT be sleuthed.

NOT sleuthable: CR's parents/step-parents; siblings, step- or half-siblings; children; aunts, uncles; grands and great-grands, etc. etc.

Sleuthable: CR only.

As always, provide links to support your assertions, and use the alert button for any post you find questionable--don't respond!

Thank this post if you have read and understood.

All 3 babies in that home, that night, under the age of 2.

Thank you so much for the link to the poster. <modsnip>

Maine does not have the death penalty and has not since the late 1800s.

No matter what one feels about LD tests, I would think 1 of 3 people should pass, if telling the truth...the reason I think that no one did is because McAusland made a point of saying that LE does not have one single indication that the story about the abduction could be true...JMO

Nail + head

ETA I think all think 3 failed on at least one key question each and 1 failed on several more than that.

The boston tv station that reported LE believes Ayla is dead used a named source, McClausland, but also unnamed LE sources. I expect LE does believe she is deceased, but either are waiting for confirmation from the rest of the tests on blood samples or else they are not ready to make that conclusion public. All MOO

Courtney, is gonna squeal too late---and its gonna be her word against theirs. My mothers opinion from Dec 24th was that Courtney did it. My mother is older and very direct--kinda judge judy-ish (IMH lol) once she heard Justin was in the house with his girlfriend and her child, she said it immediately. She does not follow NG or missing persons cases, we just happened to catch a news blurb about the house being investigated while we were getting christmas ready.... too funny. Sad thing is, I honestly thing Courtney probably doesn't know squat, but it may just be too late---

all I can say is if ya lay down with dogs ya get up with fleas----

This is one of the few recent missing child cases that appears to have a crime scene...am hoping that it will be enough of one to proceed even if Ayla is not found. That is a major element lacking in most of the others. JMO

So if they are all lying and covering up the events of that night, or a previous night, then are they ALL partially guilty? I mean, if I were the gf, there is no way I would cover up a child's death and try and help out those who were involved. So why does she sit there and tell the same lies?

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps they all partied and left some oxy's on the coffee table. And Ayla gets up, all alone, wandering the house, and thinks they are candies. ?????

O/T last week 1 channel said Joe Paterno was dead, an hour later said it wasn't true and in the middle of the night it was true................so it makes me suspicious.
Someone knows something and was it left out of the bag to soon???
I still pray all missing are alive and to be found, but these 2 statements within hours of each other makes me wonder. JMOO:furious:

But how would that result in blood, and possible clean-up of blood?

Yes. And the layout of JD's home looks like some I've been in where you walk in the side door and you are on a small landing and go straight down to basement, or make a right and up 3 steps to kitchen.

I lived in a house in east Grand Rapids, Michigan that was exactly as you describe.

I saw the hug too finally and noticed the tap tap tap on her back by him. I associate the tap with being uncomfortable and want the hug to end. JMO

I thought tap tap tap was a form of affection -- at least for my nephews. I am just clueless about things but thankful for you all keeping on top

same here in PA and it was open half the way down from basement, very dangerous.

Blood splatter in the basement with evidence of a clean-up. How sad for little Ayla.

My thoughts-

I believe Ayla was getting on someone's nerves- like toddlers sometimes do - and was put in the basement for time-out, and fell down the steps.

:waitasec: Could it be that LE is "playing head games" with the perp because of the enormous news coverage Ayla has received since the "blood evidence" was revealed this past Saturday ?

Ayla's story was even on my local news Sunday [yesterday] morning -- on the NBC affiliate -- they showed the vigil and covered the "blood evidence" ... my local news RARELY covers these types of national stories because we have so much crime and corruption down here ...

Anyway ... there has been a lot of news coverage the past few days -- and you can't even keep up with all the "social media sites" these past few days ...

Just a thought ... could it be part of LE's strategy ?

:waitasec: Maybe they are showing the D's what it feels like when a story is constantly "changing" ...
