Suspicion of breaking a law, but there is no law that states that everyone in the United States must carry a passport with them at all times.

What laws are they breaking? Not speaking English? Does that mean they can beat you and throw you in jail?
Maybe you should start looking at the case law. If they have "reasonable suspicion" they can question you and require you to identify yourself, If you lock yourself in your car, they can use force to remove you.

"Reasonable suspcion" of what law? It's very subjective.

This means they can pull over any "POC" for just their skin color.

Terry says:
, is committing, or is about to commit a crime and has a reasonable belief that the person "may be armed and presently dangerous."

The word "dangerous" is the key. Should we pull over everyone we think is a prostitute???

They pulled him over because of traffic violation, which is legit. He resisted.
Don't cops do that? Why is ICE involved in traffic violations? Under what authority?

It is a "reasonable belief" was armed and going to commit a crime. It is not proof that he was and those interactions where LE does not find a weapon do not end up in court.

The key words are "reasonable belief." If they thought someone was going to steal a wallet, they could detain him.

A traffic violation constitutes "reasonable belief," to ask the man to identify.

Here are some statistics from a left leaning source on US citizen arrests by ICE. More Than 170 U.S. Citizens Have Been Held by Immigration Agents. They’ve Been Kicked, Dragged and Detained for Days.

Out of about 68,000 arrests, they have arrested 170 US citizens. 130 of those were charged with some criminal act; while they claimed the cases were collapsing, they have not seemed to. of the 40, 20 were released within 2 hours. Only 20 were detained longer.

I know that this is an emotional issue for some, and I have seen some things ICE did that I think were improper, but a lot of what people are complaining about is standard law enforcement practices that have been around for decades.

It specifically says "dangerous"

That's why I asked if we should be pulling over prostitutes..Immigrants are pretty much in that category. They might be in violation of immigration laws, but they generally aren't considered dangerous.

Also police pulling over for a traffic violation is for a specific ordinace, ICE does not have the authority to write traffic tickets, so they should not be pulling people over for traffic violations. It's not their jurisdiction.

Have you ever been pulled over by the FBI for a traffic violation? There's the answer.

They can even stop with a traffic violation: https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/517/806/

You got this mixed up. It says, "Plain clothes policemen". It didn't say the FBI was making traffic stops. Police stopped someone and saw drugs. This is a well known case.

1. the truck then turned suddenly, without signaling, and sped off at an "unreasonable" speed. (This gives them the right to pull over the vehicle)

2. Police see the drugs in the vehicle.

Right then and there, this is apples and oranges.

This is not about ICE being allowed to pull over people for traffic violations. Also if you would prefer armed masked goons to block your vehicle and approach your vehicle or your family members vehicles guns ablazing you are welcome to live in a country that does this type of thing. I live in the USA and we don't have armed masked goons running around terrorizing people. This is not Iran!!!

The driver did so in response to the police. That gave the police a reasonable suspicion.

Just like when the man in the video would not get out of his car.

They are clearly identifiable as law enforcement, they did not go in with "guns ablazing." They only resorted to breaking the window AFTER he did not comply.

There isn't a video of the traffic stop. Show me the video!!!

This guy ain't rich guy with a dashcam.

But there is video of this stop. They block the vehicle. Guns ablazing. They don't approach from behind. They block off the vehicle from the front. As far as I'm concerned they were trying to rape her.

She is a US citizen.

I'm referring to the video that shows a "traffic stop".

You are referring to a video that was recorded after a traffic stop, so how do you know what happened specifically at the traffic stop.

We do not know what happened earlier when she claimed she was attacked before they pulled in front of her. We also if the red car had lights. She was arrested. They were in uniform as well.
