She appears to have chosen to subject this child to a media chitstorm and allegedly fights and violence without reporting it quickly and getting them away from it. I know what that tells me about what kind of mother she could possibly be apart from what Gibson claims.

Apart from her motives for even being in a relationship with a known loon and having the financial resources to get out and sparing the children? Because she subjected the children to media scrutiny by leaking tapes and photos (and yes I believe she did just that) that MAY not be what they appear. She's not mother of the year, IMO.

Well we don't know if she got any money from Dalton. Supposedly (and I don't know if that is the truth) she signed some sort of contract with Dalton saying she won't get any money if they are separated. On her tapes, she complains that since she and Gibson got together, she has no money of her own.

I would advise Mel given his problem with the booze to hold onto her liver which she claims he posseses:

I can't help but wonder as to why Gibson didn't report this alleged extortion to LE when it was supposedly happening. For instance, John Stamos contacted LE when he was extorted, and the two individuals were recently convicted for extortion. As for false information, what false information are you talking about?

I could answer you but it would be pointless. We are going in circles. We have both made our opinions known. You support and believe Oksana. I am highly skeptical of her. End of story.

The more I hear about this case, the fishier it sounds. IMO, she pretty much "staged" this thing for fame and money and is getting exactly what she wants. Oksana is an opportunist. And she didn't go to the police, she went to the press. Is that what someone does when they fear for their life?

Now, I'm not saying that Mel is innocent. What a raver! If he hit her, he's in the doodoo. But her acting like an innocent little victim? No way.

How old is her son? Maybe he's had some trouble in school, bullying or behaviorial problems? Maybe he has trouble getting along w/ other kids. Just because YOU don't know of any problems (and that doesn't have to mean LE was involved) doesn't mean there aren't any. He could have the type of problems that the media wouldn't be interested in covering, esp since he's unknown.

I am not sure if she was actually officially married to Dalton.
It probably wouldn't matter in terms of child support, I presume he still would have to pay it. Also I believe the boy is his only child.
