The jurors looked to be faithful to the consignment not to show any assent or dissent. Especially Hellmann, who ingratiated himself with the showing, today particularly firm, of his intimidating look, army style.

You know I am a big believer in "perspective" it dictates what you believe and there is no right or wrong perspective it is simply an individual thing.

I don't understand the hate and attacks on the Knox- criticizing them for doing all they could for their daughter- countering a LE/Media frenzy- darn tooting I would have done the same.

While AK supporters are contently attacked for not remembering the Victim and her family and the belief that anything that family does or says is justified.

There are 3 little girls who honestly expect their sister to come home today- what did they do to deserve the disdain of those believing in AK guilt.

I don't get that and I can't except that- BOTH families have been advocates for their daughters and both have used the media to fight their cause.

Right eat first then give verdict---or KING5 is just slow on the up take it wouldn't be the first time. (yep they were just slow-they just tweeted that friends got word the verdict is expected at 12:30 Seattle time- gotta love the press)(and I do my daughter works for an ABC affiliate)

CNN- just got a notice they are reporting a verdict has been reached-will be read at 3:30 EST...

Logical that the verdict has been reached just kind of jarring to see it put in print..

That simply isn't an accurate statement. There was a lot of questions about Amanda's part in what happened in the beginning. As time went on and Seattle media spoke to family and friends, her background was checked, school records but nothing ever showed up that would led people to believe Amanda was what the Italian LE were saying- so yeah then media here supported her more than throwing her to the wolves.

Really not sure why the media caring about the Knox family is a bad thing- unless you want to admit that British Press has attacked the family for supporting their daughter while Meridith father had full media reign to condemn any and everything that went against perspective of the case-

Funny but it is the people of Seattle and the media here that has always kept Meridith's name in a spot light (not so much with RS) It is supporters of AK and RS who have pictures of all three young people displayed front and center candles burning and prayers being said for all three.

The fact is I am tired of Seattle and my country being attacked because they question this case- this very glaring example of all the wrong that can happen in the Italian system- (don't pop a cork as the same media and people here questioned what happened in FL as well)

But I have to admit some of the media here formed biased views on the Italian case- you know after a power crazed man tried to bring charges against them for doing their job in their own country..

Noone is attacking Seattle, Washington state, or the U.S.!!! I have visited there several times in my life- had 2 ex-boyfriends move there, and I think Seattle is a great place, aside from all the rain. That being said, I think Amanda Knox is 100% GUILTY, and I am an American!!!

It's interesting that in Troy Davis's case, I was one of the ones who thought that there was too much doubt for the death penalty. I believe I was in the minority in the US, except for 'minorities', of which I am not. But in this case, folks in the US are mostly on Amanda's side. My theory: a cute white college girl accused overseas has more public appeal/sympathy here in the US than a black male in the South accused of killing a police officer. In both cases, innocence was maintained by the accused. In both cases, there was questionable forensics (DNA in Knox's case; ballistics in Davis's case).

Not sure why I'm putting this out there, but it's been on my mind.

I don't think it's the jury's decision. I think the court probably has procedures to follow, papers to be filed, folks to review stuff, etc, that left some time. Since the jury can't leave until the verdict is read, my take is that they have offered/ordered dinner for them. I, myself, don't know if I could eat if I were them. But I don't think this 'ordering dinner' was the jury's idea. Just something to do for them while they wait. JMHO
