How did AK's blood become mixed with MK's in several different spots?
Why did AK continue to LIE in her letter to the prosecutor and in emails home about what she did the night of the murder?
Why did AK permit PL to sit in jail for two weeks under suspicion of a vicious murder when she was the one who put him there?
Where are the clothes/shoes AK was wearing the night of the murder?
How about an honest answer on what she WAS actually doing that night if not involved? Seems her and her guy can't seem to get that straight. :waitasec:

That's true. Lying seems to be the easy answer for AK/RS/RG... and the parents either bend or ignore the truth too, so not really a problem.

Yes, they have answered them and did so again today on Oprah. They also stood their ground about Amanda being hit. I guess Mignini's threats and bullying aren't working so well.
"The police hit me" and "the prosecutor IS crooked" are valid enough answers for me to question what really happened in Perugia. This concerns not only me, but MANY and I can't, for the life of me, figure out why it doesn't concern EVERYONE. NOBODY deserves to be hit by police officers and EVERYBODY deserves to have a non-corrupt prosecutor trying their case. Everyone deserves a fair trial and Amanda & Raf DID NOT get one.
Their blood would be mixed because they were roommates and women and because they were sharing the bathroom. It probably isn't all that uncommon to find the mixed blood DNA of any 2 women sharing a bathroom. Haven't we been over this at least a dozen times?
Do you have a link to evidence that states any/all samples were tested for and found to be Amanda's blood? Because I have looked and have yet to find any. I've found information to the contrary, but nothing that says the samples were tested and found to be Amanda's blood. I've also seen rumors and gossip about what some people think to be true, but that isn't good enough for me and it shouldn't be good enough for anyone.
~Still shaking my head ~What an injustice…an outrageous injustice for Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito. I will continue to boycott buying anything Italian made. This is beyond belief that Amanda is still locked up. Free Amanda!!! She is innocent…. The Oprah show was eye opening ... although most facts were already known.

The judge must file the jury's "motivation", explaining how they reached their verdict, within 90 days of the verdict being read. Amanda and Raffaele can file their first appeals after this. They each have two appeals.

They didn't lie. They were coerced. Not the same thing.
Her DNA was in the bathroom with Meredith's because they were roommates sharing the bathroom.
RS' DNA ended up on the bra clasp by contamination or by being planted. Have you seen the clasp "collection" video? I don't believe Raf ever touched that bra clasp, unless Amanda and Meredith were in the habit of sharing bras and not washing them before wearing them :sick:. I doubt it. Amanda's DNA would be all over the bra, too, if that were the case.

If they had been, their DNA, fibers, cells, hair, prints, etc., would have been everwhere and they weren't. Only the bra clasp and that, as I stated before, is questionable. HIGHLY questionable.
I explain the bloody bathmat footprint as being more compatible with Rudy's than it is with Raffaele's. This is easily detected with the naked eye. The toes don't match, at all. The one found in the hallway was never tested for blood, not even Meredith's, and could have been made at any time before the murder since Amanda lived in the flat and likely walked around barefoot from time to time.
So once Amanda files her appeal, will she have to wait up to 2 years for it to go through?

There has been talk that it will probably start around this fall. However, I don't know that there is any way to know if that will happen and who knows how long it will take once it does start. There is no "right to a speedy trial" there like there is in America.
IIRC, though, the appeals process could take up to 6 years. I, personally, don't believe she and Raf will have to file their second appeals because I believe they will be exonerated after the first round of appeals. JMO

So you are saying at a bloody murder scene, with no sourse of AK's dna/blood, there is suddenly a couple of places with mixed blood of the victim and one of the accused in a bathroom... and another place (where a break-in is staged) there is another droplet of mixed blood??? Why would RS change his story from 'we spent the entire night together' to 'I can't really remember (the memory killing pot you know) what went on' and ALSO tell the giant lie of 'pricking' MK's hand while cooking' when they had never eaten together??? Police intimidation just will NOT answer these questions... no matter what the spin.
Interesting that some here claim complete innocense and a persecution by Italian authorities... but over 13 judges, jurors and others that actually attended the trial for over two years think they are absolutely guilty after seeing ALL the evidence.
When the motivation report is given, and their appeal fails... is there still going to be this cry of injustice from supporters in regards to the Italian legal system

They were NOT coerced in the gift, the emails home by AK and in several interviews by RS. Just because they are caught in lies (several times) does not mean they were coerced... they just made mistakes.
Droplets of mixed blood (no matter where) are quite suspicious at a bloody murder scene. No other blood mixed with the victim except for another accused. If RG was there on a date (as he claimed) would not it be reasonable for his blood/dna to be mixed with the victims even though he claimed to have nothing to do with the murder? If it works for AK it should be the same for RG... funny how evidence that points to AK is disreguarded but evidence against RG is seen as completely reliable and reasonable.
There was evidence of RS's dna not only on the bra clasp, but also in the kitchen on a cig butt. The footprint in the bathroom is clearly his, but as we have continued to see... the people for AK's and RS's innocence refuse to see it as his because it is sooooo damaging. Why would this one print (supposidly of RG's) be in barefoot... when the others of his are in shoes? Why would he clean the prints LEADING UP TO THIS ONE anyway, if other evidence of his and prints are everywhere??? Why is there NO other evidence of RG in that bathroom but plenty it the other and elsewhere? The most interesting question is the cleaning... why would RG clean bareprints leading to the one on the mat? No way, no how can that reasoning make any sense.
One of RS's legal team also claimed AK's dna was also found on the bra clasp.
The video of the bra clasp does not prove contamination (or planting :banghead: ) by the forensic team. Contamination MUST be proven in court, not speculated upon or 'hoped' for. The clasp was gathered later because the defense teams had to be present... no other reason. If the prosecution would have claimed AK's dna is all over MK's room, the evidence would have been disreguarded... because she lived there! You can not have it both ways. Either way you are going to claim 'something isn't right' which ever way the prosecution tried to argue. dna in room because she lived there/ no dna in there because she is innocent (that arguement would be a no-win situation for the prosecution).
If one would NOT claim AK was beaten or coerced and READ her 'gift' to prosecutors, her emails home, RS's changing alibi, AK's changing alibi of 'not remembering', her accusation of PL, the evidence, the obvious clean-up, the obvious staged break-in, the eye-witnesses to their being together around the cottage that night, the 40+ wounds to MK (suggesting more than one killer), the lies and behavior of AK/RS...... it is difficult to see any other outcome than the one they find themselves in at the moment.
Crying foul, contaminated evidence, planted evidence, coercion, beatings, a crooked prosecutor (out of two), a conspiracy by an entire nation, a police conspiracy, ignorant jurors, blind judges,etc sounds alot like the last gasp of a GUILTY party and is quite common. Wonder why RS's defense team does not use the same mantra the AK's support teams do... probably because it is off the mark in every aspect and plain to see.
