MEXICO CITY -- Investigators in northern Mexico say they have arrested a man believed to be a serial killer linked to 15 slayings since 2009.

Suspected serial killer, Andres Ulises Castillo Villarreal

The 35-year-old was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the murders of two men who were beaten to death and dismembered in the same manner and left in the street in November and December last year.

The body of a third victim was found buried in one of the rooms of the house where the suspect lived.

He has also been charged with sexually assaulting two other men.
