Yes, one of the things we noticed was the extreme contradiction of the testimony between the fiance and nephew. The fiance admitted hearing intense cries about 3am. The nephew claims to have been awake until 3-4am and heard nothing. So the nephew heard nothing at 3am and the fiance heard intense cries at 3am. Someone's lying, obviously.

I have to wonder if some of the boy's testimony was stricken from the record. Then, the jury couldn't have it. It's obvious to me that D'Andre got to the childred through the mother(s). I hope that the jury picked up on that during testimony. If both the children changed their stories, it's so obvious there was witness tampering.

"Lane said during a five-hour videotaped interview with police that Bianca hadn't slept well after she fell out of bed and hit her head around 1 a.m.

He then claimed to use the stick to keep her up.

"She kept on trying to nod out. I popped her on the butt, like, 'Come on baby, get up,'" Lane said in the Dec. 3 police interview."
