Yes..updated on FB page of news...mostly means it is not all skeletal so I would assume this poor soul has not been there for that long.

I called the girls to give them a heads up so they don't potentially get blindsided tomorrow, they are going to follow up with LE.

Hugs to all of you. I am so sorry you all have to experience such pain and anguish.

The morgue is open 24/7 and their may be a county examiner that is on duty tomorrow. It is possible we could find out the sex of the remains on Sunday.

If this latest find does turn out to be poor chelsea I hope her community can now gain closure and begin the grieving process and someone is brought to justice. If this isn't chelsea it's still someone's loved one who is missing, either way someone will find closure.

It took hours and lots of tweaking but all the screen shots from the fat ninja turtles video have been emailed to the Monroe Sheriff. Hope it helps. Thoughts and prayer for Chelsea Bruck's safe and speedy return

Not sure if this post is appropriate so please delete if it isn't..

Husbands detective friend was over last night having a bonfire with a few other guys. Doesn't work in lucas county but a township in a neighboring county. He knew nothing besides whats been reported in the news and said that it sounds gang and/or drug related with maybe a grave that had been pre dug depending on how deep. That was just his opinion but he said he highly doubted it was Chelsea and would be shocked if it was. He said with the amount of drug trafficking that comes up 75 and north into Detroit or west on 80 to Chicago it could be anyone. Also, like any city, toledo has its issues with drug and gang activity.

Regardless, my prayers are with the victim and their family, no matter who they are. Very sad all around.

Good morning. I haven't been on the computer since yesterday afternoon and am saddened to learn that remains have been found in the Toledo area. Thoughts and prayers for families who await identification of a loved one.

Haven't made a firm decision yet about attending the fundraiser dinner. It's cold, so we're hesitant about leaving the dog in the car while we have dinner. We won't leave him at home alone for several hours while we make the nearly-3-hour round trip and dinner.

There was missing man that "was buried" - the suspects were caught but they couldn't remember where they disposed of the remains - Was he ever found? They were searching around T-town - just a thought

Found who you were talking about Hound Dog...Brian Miller, murdered and have not found body. They are searching from Toledo to Indiana. Brian is listed as 6'4 tall. That would not fit the "smaller frame" quote.

Reward Increased

A reward has been increased to $7,000 for information in the case of a missing 22-year-old Monroe County woman.

Although the case remains open, Malone’s investigators have formally stopped their search.
“We have no reason to believe she’s in harm; we have no reason to believe she’s not in harm,” he said. “We’re handling the investigation like it’s a legitimate missing person case, and where it is taking us.”

Volunteers hang wreaths downtown for Chelsea Bruck

y TOM HAWLEY Haley Head, 18, places purple bows on the pavilion columns in Loranger Square in downtown Monroe. The bows were made by Mary Gail Beneteau, a member of the Downtown Development Authority and Downtown Business Network. Many volunteers hung garland and placed purple bows on wreathes this morning as part of an awareness campaign for Chelsea Bruck who has been missing since October 26. Chelsea’s favorite color is purple.

It's a male so it can't be Chelsea. There is still hope.

Yes there is. And it takes strong people like you and your family to keep hope alive. I don't know how you do it, Kilen, the way you are, but it's extremely inspiring.

Along roads is good. The firearm season does not last long. I wonder how far from the party has been searched. They have(private parties) searched 20 miles from the bus stop here in California for Sierra Lamar the cheer leader 15 who was abducted on her way to school.
