If it's a handheld camera and if it wasn't reset, it could have been taken at actual time of 12:30. Two big ifs, I admit, but certainly possible. I would think this should be elementary to the Detectives, but, I can't say it is, with absolute certainty. If you believe it could be make some relevant difference to their investigation, send them the suggestion.
So, it really could have been 12:30am? You would have thought LE would have looked into this further, right?

There should be a digital signature that can be revealed with the proper software for the pictures, that will tell what type device made the photo.whether or not they have the capability to decode that, I don't know.

If photo was at 12:30, then 15 minutes later (12:45, according to LE), Chelsea bumps into a post and ends up with the same facial injuries as the guy in the photo? Really? :freakedout:

I sent Kilen a message about this. It just seems very odd...I know there are other pics of Chelsea throughout the evening..I wonder what time the other photo's were actually taken (time stamped)?

Question - Re: the "security guards". I noticed on the Halloween Party Invite FB that Big Mike mentions that orange "security" tee-shirts are in with people asking how much they are and saying that they want one. Could anyone purchase a "security guard" tee-shirt, wear it to the party, and be considered party night "security"? Was the security team volunteers or were they hired by the host from a bona fide security company? LE wanted to speak to the young men in a photo that is posted on the MCSD FB: We have identified the single security guard in one picture. Still need the other three identified. Call 734-240-7700. If the security guards were from an agency, why would LE need to ask them to come forward?

Just want to point out when discussing time stamps that on October 25/26 when Chelsea went missing from the Halloween party, we were still on Eastern Daylight Time in southeastern lower Michigan.

It's possible the time stamp was off, I messaged one of the sisters-in-law to check into it with law enforcement. They should be able to look at the exif data and figure things out granted one of my own cameras is like six hours off at the moment and I'm a freelance photographer.

I do not believe the security team were from a professional security firm, I believe they were just volunteers .

Best estimate as far as I can tell.

Parking lot is to the right of drive way to the far left. A wall may have gone up between the house with the pine tree at the front of the driveway (map link, you may tilt, turn & move), it seems (local or concert goers' and graphic gurus' input very welcome). The lot abuts the round bonfire burn mark. To the right of which was the tented area where the stage & mosh pit was located, then the semi-deck at the back of the house, as per previous images https://goo.gl/maps/zD5F2

Depending on how many persons per car (seems roughly like an average of 3), there may have been a maximum of about 200 or fewer cars around in that area, at peek times.

Parking lot, left. Concert venue, to the right of round bonfire area - Edited.jpg

Can you, please, repost the picture? TIA

Linked from Find Chelsea Bruck FB: http://www.hlntv.com/slideshow/2014/12/02/most-bizarre-missing-person-cases-2014

10 of the year's most bizarre missing person cases

Some of these missing people have been found, while others remain lost, but these cases are undoubtedly some of the most bizarre of the year.

Strange. To say the least.

I just want to add that the guy with the smeared blood in this photo does not look injured, IMO.
It almost looks like the red stuff was smeared on him as a joke or something. I know it sounds silly, but this past summer i went away for a girls' vacation and one of my friends hurt herself. From that moment, in every photo ALL the girls were holding ice packs on their nose...as a joke. A stupidly funny story that we keep telling over and over.

This guy in the picture...reminds me of the way we all pretended to be hurt.
Sorry for the silly post.

Yesterday I was reading really old posts on the event facebook page. Someone asked to buy a security shirt and he said no but people were volunteering on there to "work security". Some said they did it in the past and wanted to do it again and they tagged a few names of people...so sounds like to me it was not a company, but more of a "who wants to do this?". Also, I cannot get the store robbery out of my mind that happened that same night/morning that I have seen mentioned. The person slipped in through the back and stole money and they have no information over this. If by chance it was the same person that she disappeared with, depending on how much money was taken, they could have used that to stay "off the grid"/drive away for awhile. I don't know why but it is just something I find odd and can't stop thinking about the coincidence of the day/time and also no info about it....

There's been more robberies in the vicinity since, home break in, I think? Was the security guard in the June video, who was with Chelsea looking over her phone/camera often, security again for this event. I've see him around the bands but not in orange at the last bash, in various videos from the day an night Chelsea Bruck went missing, if I'm not totally mistaken?

A bit of the lay out of the two tents pitched over the stage right area, mosh pit (where they dance?), during the day, from the same video as the parking screen grabs, avoiding people, so last 2 pix are tilted. Is the last one the bonfire?

What she said. Increasing the reward fund isn't necessarily going to bring someone forward now or in the near future. People know what happened to Chelsea, but no one is talking. Protecting someone - a friend, brother, other relative. Potential snitch fears for his/her life. People who have information are afraid they'll incriminate themselves. All kinds of reasons not to talk. :moo:

Bingo.
The only thing....they won't be able to sleep at night. No amount of pills or booze will blot this out.

I haven't heard back yet re: possible timeline inconsistencies regarding the photo, if I do and I am able to share any additional information regarding it I will.

I don't know if increasing the reward will help or not but running out of options.
