I was feeling a bit bad for all my snark filled posts, so thank you for that Spellbound. I don't want to cause any offense, but as far as I am concerned, this is a total joke.

His lawyers were trying to keep his guilty keister from LWOP, letting him testify probably would have resulted in sentencing that crossed over to the next lifetime.

I thought I was going to pee my pants when he was describing being on alt.com, and all the poor ladies that were in abusive relationships with sadists that he could help. Lawls.

I knew I'd LMAO reading comments here I heard a couple of reports (WWJ radio) on BB's testimony while I was out this morning. I loved when Judge Vonda told attorneys that they need to show her why Bob needs a new trial :lol: As usual, this is all about Bob trying to justify his sordid behaviors while rewriting history. Write a book, Bob, but don't waste the Judge's or court's time with your tall tales.

It absolutely disgusts me that BB would put his children and Jane's family through another trial. And, bringing Jane's medical history into this public forum is downright despicable. Shows how selfish and self-absorbed this man is. The original trial was gruesome enough with tawdry details of Bob's lifestyle: The public doesn't need to hear about Jane's gynecological history. :moo:

I also enjoyed when he was trying to explain why, if Jane had told him to do what he needed to do for him, that he made sure not to mention his AFFAIR with Rachel after Jane was found.

The transcript clearly shows that he said 'No, I choose not to take the stand.'
