I just noticed that all of your children plus two grandchildren think he is 100% innocent of everything. When I read this it makes me take a step back and think. When five "family members" of his all believe in his innocence of everything, regarding another family member. Why do you think they all are thinking this way about him?

Please understand I mean no disrespect and if you don't want to to answer, I understand. If anyone has any thoughts on why, please chime in.

HockeyMom, I believe the answer to your question is quite complicated and goes back years. I will say that KT was very young at the time she gave birth to the twins. I seem to remember 14 but may have remembered that incorrectly and she was 15. Either way, a very young age to become a mother,to twins in particular. Huge responsibility for such a young girl. Personally, I believe she was vulnerable to a man who seems to appear as very controlling and likely abusive in a emotional way. This is all mvho. I don't believe she is capable of dealing with the awful possibility that JT was involved. Again, JMO

I think yes because one newspaper wrote that they weren't printing her name ( suggesting that they do know who it is). But Trojan will know for sure.

If one stays focused on how Julia may have been treated as she was murdered, what kind of person

- would tie a young woman's hand and feet,

- cut off her clothes,

- take trophies of her personal items,

- also, take the things they used to tie and cut with,

- then end it all for her in a bathroom?

When it comes to an abusive trophy hunting stepfather who took off their bathroom door, so controlling, it seems reasonable that LE ask and expect answers on all the questions they need for justice. Waiting to provide answers may have protected information about who killed Julia, but it doesn't seem to have stopped but rather just slowed things down, it seems.

Yes. I find it pathetic that predators get off on that. It seems in case after case it may be the same pattern. They seem to turn around moments of complete lack of control, fear, and abuse, from that point of view of feeling like prey, into feeling like a hunter somehow. The predators choose to skip being human all together, unless it serves them, and prefer just running on faux-animal instincts. There seems little reason to question LE's or the judge's reasonable take, as the twelve page document referred to in the various MSM reports seem to indicate.

The name is there. The documents have had all addresses removed or really "whited out". If a SSAN was to be listed, it too would have been "whited out".

Here's some personal comments of mine concerning the friend who told LE about the prior abuse to Julia by JT.......... This is not fact, just based upon what I have heard.
Initially, this friend told LE about what Julia had told her. Time passed and eventually this friend got married and when asked about her statement, she then recanted it. There may have been some "pressure" from her husband and family to not become involved. I have also heard that she was "afraid" of what JT might do. I can not imagine this being done but that is what I have heard concerning why she recanted.Again, this is all truly rumors and may not be factual but could explain what happened.

My guess is, that LE is interested in the days prior because if JT did it, he would have prepared for it. He might have bought certain items, such as rope. He would have gotten the gloves with someone else's DNA somewhere. The glove is perhaps the most important physical evidence. It is nearly certain that the perp put it there, deliberately or accidentally.
It has either the DNA of the perp, or of someone that comes into contact with the perp. IF JT did it, and LE knows where he was the days prior, then they might know where he got the gloves from. In that case they might match the DNA with that person connected to JT. That would not necessarily prove that JT did it. But the list of possible suspects would be drastically reduced.

I wanted to add that I very close relative of mine has closen to stay with someone who is controlling and intimidating and going through the court system for very serious crimes that will be proven as fact. I and others in my family have no problems seeing his guilty and have walked away from him, not her. I know everyone is different, but I am just saying that when an outsider (me) is on the fence of JTs guilt and I see a bunch a people who know him stating his innocence, it makes things a bit difficult to think he is for sure guilty. I mean no disrespect. Jmo,

Good points, but it does look like LE definitely found on their computer - whether it is child or not is yet to be determined. In this case, is JT taking the fall for someone else? It's possible - but then who? I sure hope the investigators who are computer forensics experts did a thorough job and have definite proof one way or another.

I recall similar support for Jason Fleury from his family and others in the Jaimee Mendez case, as was the case with the perp accused of murdering Hannah Graham.

The initial interview was on Dec 14, 2012. Then the statements were recanted in another interview on Feb 15, 2013. There is not a lot of time in between. Did the friend get married and change her story within these two months?

Not really but I have a feeling that whoever committed this murder had to have help, so I have a deep down feeling that two people were involved. My reasoning for this is that Julia was not a petite lady. She was strong both physically and mentally. To position her in the bathtub without "dragging" her around or leaving bruises on her body may have required two people.
Now as far as JT’s knowledge, let’s theorize that he did not do it. On Monday, he checks on Julia because she was a “no show” at the cleaning location. He goes to her apartment, the other two girls are in class, he enters her apartment and finds her dead. He then leaves the apartment, locking the door and decides to wait until someone else discovers her body. This may explain why he was not “shocked” or showing signs of grief at the original LE examination and questioning late Tuesday night. Possibly due to their mutual feelings to each other, this is why JT did not initially say anything. All of this is pure speculation on my part and not based on any know facts other than the fact that Julia and JT did not exactly see eye to eye.
