Hello all, I am new to this forum, and greatful I found it. My name is Marko, I am from Serbia, major at criminology, graduating in 4 months of time. I took interest in this case, and made some deductions on my own but those deductions won't be right if the facts I have about the case were wrong.
I heard about this case on reddit, and took interest in it, wasn't the first time I took interest in a cold case, I even did a investigation on a cold case in Serbia. I called the Ypsilanti police and had a 15 min conversation with detective Annette Coppock, obviously she couldn't tell me much about the case since that is not allowed outside the force of the YPD, which I was aware but still I took a chance. Anyways, my thoughts and how this tragic event occured ( even tho I need more information to confirm) before I say anything , I would like to ask You all, do You know the time of death? So my theory is that this murdered was sloppy but "fairly" organized, I don't think the lock was locked from the inside of the appartment, I think he used the keys to leave the apparment casually and lock the door.I imagine other people live there? Lots of noise would be made from what happened, trauma on her tongue was probably from him putting her unconscious(hitting her very hard with an item or well, fist), I don't think the keys were his trophy like the FBI said...OR let's say she knew the attacker and she let him in, he hit her by surprise and made her unconscious and did what he did next (at which point it wouldn't make much noise).. The latex gloves, of course he will leave them there since he knew the fingerprints won't be found(taking the fact that he maybe heard someone from other appartments and panicked, so he wouldn't want his bloody latex gloves with him), the dna that was found made me think of something very clever but it is a longshot, if they really found 2 DNA samples on the gloves, I don't know if you knew people but if you had a bone marrow transplant you would have 2 dna samples in your body, one is of course yours and the other one is the donor of the bone marrow. I proposed this theory to Det. Coppock. I would really like to help more to solving this case and many more that I will find on this remarkable forum. I need facts and what was found in the appartment , but not imaginary facts, real facts. And one more question was the rant about the purple rug true at all?
I have lots and lots of theories about the case I just need information to see if I am right or wrong.
Was it a forced entry or was there no evidence of force entry?
The only information I trully need is the time of death and the time that crime was committed, and I could continue with my work and hopefuly help you find the murderer.
What I do I don't do for credit or reward, I just want to help people since I have proven myself already once that I am cabable of doing this.
