Defrosting Cold Cases Blog - interview with her daughter
23 year old Brenda Martinez was raising her six year old daughter, Stephanie. She'd split with her husband who returned to Tx and passed away not long after.
On December 22, 1988 Brenda left their residence to use a payphone down the street. She never returned.
On January 5, 1989 her frozen, snow covered body was found at Holloway Reservoir Regional Park near Tobbagan hill. Her cause of death was never made public.
The case is being handled by Richfield Township police.
