MACOMB TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Law enforcement agencies digging in Macomb County as part of a joint investigation on unsolved homicides in Macomb County found articles that resemble clothing, sources tell 7 Action News.

The dig has been happening every day since Monday morning on the north side of the Clinton River just south of 23 Mile Rd. Sources tell 7 Action News the dig will resume on Monday.

MACOMB TWP. (WWJ) - While no bodies have been found, some clues may have been uncovered in a search for multiple missing girls suspected to be victims of a serial killer.

According to sources speaking to WWJ Newsradio 950 on Friday, investigators digging in northern Macomb County have apparently found some items of interest.

Family members of at least one of the girls have been asked to review several unspecified items, which reports say may include clothing.

Authorities said it's unclear if the clothing is connected to any homicide case.

Police are also searching new locations in the area, according to authorities.

Investigators plan to continue the search Monday.

In one of the articles linked in one of the above articles Reams writes about a 1974 incident where he and his brother in law and nephew picked up a hitchhiker, sexually assaulted her before pulling the car over and making her get out.

This sounds a lot like Nadine's disappearance. I bet there are some half truths to this story as with all of his stories.

I feel it could be Nadine but the part where they “let her out” is probably an untruth as the girl would’ve gone to her family or authorities. It may have been Nadine and they may have killed her to cover up the crime

But reading it again he says he was charged with criminal sexual conduct in that case. So I'm thinking maybe not Nadine after all. Unless the charge was a lie. Who knows it could all be lies. Another question, Frank. What do you mean about the fear, pain and hate that was inside? Meaning how her family felt after Nadine went missing? Or was Nadine afraid of something or someone before she went missing?

She was afraid of someone in her Family, (very) it just doesn't make since the police did not follow up days after the 72 hours were up.

No not that I was aware of, It seemed like they just let it go, I got the feeling they might of thought she ran away, But not even the family really did anything to find her, Really Strange!!

Just found out the other day that Nadines Mother has passed away, Her older sister passed away last year and also one of her brothers, after talking to a family member that got ahold of me after sum 40 odd years ago, I have found out that Nadine was probably being abused before I met her and that's why she was so shy towards me at first but then Cried for days after I ask her to be my girlfriend, my cousin who introduced us told me this that she could not believe how excited and happy Nadine was and acted, I still say today that if she ranaway to protect herself she would have tried to contact me or someone in my family for sure.

So I guess what im saying and feeling is that with the Passing of these Family members and the Grandfather who committed suicide I think that it Has closed any possibility of Knowing What Really Happened. ~God Bless You Nadine~ and I will never Forget, Never!!!
