-The morning fits his MO

Watts, he was able to kill repeatedly and to elude the police not because he planned the killings carefully, but because he killed at random out of a spontaneous rage against women. 'He Was Totally Random'

Watts killed at random. There were no patterns, no motives, no eyewitnesses, and no evidence.

How did he operate? "He'd get in that car of his, and he'd drive around," says Ladd. "Sometimes, he'd drive all night long. And then he'd see a female, and whatever it was about that female, which we still to this day don't know, why he picked one girl, and passed up 20 others."

Once he picked his victim, Watts killed quickly. None of the victims were sexually assaulted. Most were killed just steps from their front doors.

Nadine disappeared in August and I think we need to know what courses Watts was enrolled in, whether summer classes were offered back then and whether he attended summer classes, and what the academic calendar was for WMU that year. For example, 2020 Fall classes don't start until September 2.

Just Saying, Last Night was a little bitter sweet because it was the day I met Nadine in 1973 and it was a Day I’ll never forget!!!! Nadine it was a little over a year but it seams like it was Dream, I’ll keep dreaming if thats what it takes, Miss you and always have, your in my Heart and Soul and always will be, Untill we meet again.

You know this week I Just feel Lost every year, in 1974 on the 16th Nadine went missing, just Vanished!!! But for the last 48 years it feels like it was Just yesterday, I still see that Beautiful Smile, That Glowing strawberry Blonde hair, and what Caught Me the Most when I first saw Nadine was them Beautiful, gorgeous, piercing, Green Eyes, Nadine your thought about every Day, And I promise you will NEVER be Forgotten
