Great, now Chilly is going to get to call someone to turn me in (who is it I should demand to speak to?). But yes I have clothes in my laundry room with blood on them right now, we own a machine shop and hubby is always cutting himself or scraping himself. He showed me his favorite camo shorts (he is a slave to fashion) have blood on them and he wants me to be sure to get it out.

Last week the Malamute cut the German Shepherds ear during one of their endless wrestling matches, his response to it trying to heal is to scratch it open at least once or twice a day and then shake his head wildly. I have tried to keep up with him but the splatter patterns are really impressive and I find myself thinking about forensics while wandering around looking for them. It really would be impossible to completely clean a crime scene, that stuff gets everywhere!

I think GK is guilty, I think RS is in on it, Savannah is lying and I don't know why, and I think mom knew who had her kid right from the start, there was no discovery at 6pm. She called 911 when she knew GK was done with whatever he was doing. Even Savannah says he was out between 7:30 and 8:00. 8:15 to 8:20 JB calls the police. No coinicidences.

I'd like to hear what Savannah's mother has to say. He says he borrowed her car at 7:15. Was she with him and Savannah prior to that? When did he return the car? Was she the one who drove him and Savannah back to the motel?

I have bloody clothes in my house and bloody walls. I also have a three year old that picks open his scabs obsessively ( the joys of autism.) He picks, they bleed, and we have to get new clothes on him. Every single day. I have bloody walls because I have a one year old that has allergies and his medicine gives him nosebleeds...which he thinks are cool and fingerpaints with. The wall above his crib would light up if they ever Luminol'ed it.

On the other hand, blood or no blood, even the other items that he had in his possession are enough to lead me to believe it is more than consequence. However, at this point, I don't know what it points to: the grooming of a child, the molestation of Nevaeh or another child, fantasizing about kids through their toys, or the murder of a child. There are a lot of options still available.

Now, so nobody thinks I defend SO's, I really think that GK and the rest of the sorry lot never should have been let out in the first place. I think a life sentence or the DP should be an option for all sex offenders, first case.

Well, what kind of mom would she be if she actually took the baby into the house with her while she robbed it?

Which could be when her scooter was left in the parking lot or wherever they finally decided it was left! (Still no confirmation on which report is accurate.)

And the scooter could've been left ~ wherever ~ before she ate, which would mean she was last seen around 3:30pm. MOO

They went back to reinterview her because of things found at the gravesite. We know about the glove, the beer can, Nevaeh's shirt, the cement bag, the clump of hair, and her body...so what else was found which could send LE back to JB?!

LOL once our lab injured the end of his tail,but that didn't stop him from wagging! Blood splatter on 3 floors of the house from the floor to the ceiling in some places.It was a mess and really did look like a crime scene.The vet bandaged it,but with all that wagging ,well........it took awhile to heal.

This is a map showing the location of where Navaeh’s body was found in reference to D C Construction (a cement contractor) and 4 RSO’s in the immediate area.
I don’t think we should have tunnel vision at this point where Kennedy is concerned, there are others who could have committed this horrific crime. Right now Kevin Lee Smith is at the top of my list, only because of his last name and close proximity to where Navaeh was found. Is he any relation to “SMITH” Kennedy’s friend? That needs to be looked into.

The registered sex offender who many believe is a prime suspect in the disappearance of 5-year-old Nevaeh Buchanan has two solid alibis who told investigators that he was with them at the time the girl vanished, sources told The Evening News.
George Kennedy, 39, is in the Monroe County jail on a probation violation. He was not referred to as a suspect by police hierarchy but instead was called a person of interest.
It now appears that it he might not be involved with the girl's abduction. In fact, two other people who were considered persons of interest in the case have been cleared.
"We're back to square one," the source said.
According to those close to the investigation, Nevaeh came up missing from the parking lot of her apartment at Charlotte Arms between 6 and 6:15 p.m. Two people said Mr. Kennedy was with them between 4 and 7 p.m. They also passed polygraph tests.

With that said, can we at least entertain the thought that it just might be someone else? I too see the evidence mounting against Kennedy but if LE clears him then we must consider that it is someone else and find the SOB before he hurts another child.
In addition to the RSO in my post above I also think the man with whom Nevaeh ate with should be looked at along with any other males she had any contact with or any males who visited the apartment complex that day.

Right....all the reports I read said that Nevaeh's mom got up to go look for her when another child came in to say that Nevaeh was riding her scooter in the road. Are you hypothesizing that the mom lied and she really lost track of Nevaeh at Kmart during her own store trip? Or that the mom traded her daughter for drugs? I can see that but I would be much more inclined to believe the child that says she saw Nevaeh riding her scooter in the road rather than the childs own mother....she has no credibility in my opinion whatsoever. Now if we knew what time the child reported Nevaeh riding her scooter in the road that would help but I don't see that happening.

Do we have confirmation from LE that a child was actually interviewed by them and confirmed the story that she ran and told JB that Nevaeh was riding her scooter in the road? I have been in and out on this thread but I'm only aware of the mother giving that story. Does anyone know if the child was interviewed by LE and confirmed that she told the mother this story?

It would have to be before she went upstairs to play and eat. We don't know what time she arrived upstairs, but the mother said she was inside playing with her boy most of the afternoon.

He said he had used the car of his girlfriend's mother to take friends to the county inmate dormitory about 7:15 p.m. May 24 to visit their friend. He said he went to the motel and to a nearby gas station, where he believes he appeared on video. He went back to the dormitory and took his friends to their home.

Wasn't it Roy that Kennedy drove to the inmate dorm? Then he took 'his friends"...Roy?.....home. If Roy had a car, why did he need Kennedy to cart him around? Why does none of this make logical sense?

Okay, how many of us can up with 2 solid alibis as to where we were at a certain time and date? Most of us couldn't provide a rock solid alibi for most of our time anyway, not one that would hold up if we were ever accused of murder. Yet GK has 2 alibis. Rock solid according to the reports.

Just makes me wonder if he knew he would need an alibi.
