Hi, I read a link at In Session from the local paper saying GK has an alibi attested to by 2 people and is no longer a POI in the case, and that the other 2 men they were holding have also been cleared.

It is back to square one~

I'll hold off on a comment about that . He is still in custody on the PO violation. My c & p is not working this am or I would have brought the link over. xox

Even more reason to believe egg donor is invovled! His alibi is from 4-7 pm. I would like to know what time she called LE. The timeline is from the egg donor. I think they both did something to this child.

My sister's stepson, who is now grown, has molested at least 2 of his younger half brothers....when he himself was a kid. Turns out his dumbass mother used to let some old man at church take him on camping trips when he was a teeny little boy of 3 or 4. His mom said this man "loved" children and didn't have any of his own.
Okay, cut to now...I mentioned the stepson to my sister.....she thinks he "is over that" and is not a child molester. She honestly thinks this young man, who was caught red handed, molesting 2 of his half brothers is "over that." She really does believe that.
There are many women who really do believe that I guess.
I'm not one of those women.

Oh dear god!! I hope the half brothers were taken for therapy. I'm assuming this happened while he was a minor. thus meaning he is not a registered sex offender. She needs to do some reading online. this guy will offend again.

Where on earth can Nevaeh be? He didn't have that much time. Anyone know the timeframe that he would have had?

It doesn't seem like there is a big window of time for body disposal. Does anyone know if Kennedy or Neveah's mom had access to a car?

It really feels like she's not too far away....

Last night on Pitts news another Neveah (Heaven) had a vigil last night ann. of her death. I had never heard the name before. Sad to share.

According to the LE presser yesterday, she called LE at 8:15 PM. I'm going to go double check that for you, but I'm pretty certain that's the time.

The amber alert says she was last seen at 8:15pm. I wish media would chec there facts before reporting. I don't now what to believe.

Short time later child friend came to the mother and said she couldn't find her friend (Nevaeh)

Over 100 investigators on this case.

Extensive search of apt complex, all apts in complex, all residence have been interviewed...all vehicles stopped and searched. (going in or out of the complex)
200 tips...have resulted in interviews of numerous persons...No arrests have been made or charges laid in this case yet.

Kennedy is being held on an unrelated parole violation. He IS a POI, and LE won't go any further.

You are correct, he was a minor.
And YES, of course, he will offend again, which was the point of my post.
And, YES, I've told my sister that they don't "get over it." I know 1 of the kids got counseling, the other I'm not sure of though.
So, he is not a RSO, but I have no doubt he will be one day.
I just cannot believe there are people that think they will get over it.
I have a friend who has a RSO living next door....and because the girl he had sex with was a young teenager (he was almost 30) she just writes it off as "they had some type of relationship." I can't believe people are so, so very ignorant about this. My sister and my friend are in their 40's. Waaaaay too old to be that stupid about it.

It's hard to tell about his time frame, because he now has an alibi apparently, from around 4-7. So, if that's true, and she was reported missing at around 8:15-8:20 then he had around an hour an a half (approximately).

Exactly. With all the reports of blood being found in his hotel room, pictures of Nevaeh found in his hotel room, the fishing tool with blood on it, the playmates witnesses saying she went into the woods with "daddy george" on the night she went missing, etc. It's pretty much time for him to ditch the alibi and start confessing, in my opinion.

I'm not sure if the above link has been posted. It shows the motel room and the vigil from last night.

that motel room is absolutely nasty!! The motel lady said the mom Tonya pays the rent everyweek. So what does this guy do? does he have a job? he doesn't even pay his own rent.
Does anyone know the address or who owns the house where his van was found? It is very interesting that he was helping search, but his van was found at another house.

Hey guys and gals, I wanted to let you know that I am from Ohio and want to get the ball rolling getting a bill made into law regarding individuals that date or marry a convicted sex offender.

I sent the following email to Ohio's state rep and senators. In addition, I sent a copy of the following email to Victims of Violent Crimes of Ohio and to Prevent Child Abuse America-Ohio and Center for Child and Family Advocacy.

I would like to assist in getting a bill to be made into law regarding individuals that date or marry a convicted sex offender. We need a law regarding any person that knowingly dates or marries a convicted sex offender that has children (regardless if own, foster, adopted and so on) under the age of 18 to face criminal charges REGARDLESS if a sexual crime has been committed or alleged.

I am a stong advocate of victims of violent crimes and also a victim. I composed a song called "Closure" that was a finalist in VH1's Save the Music as well.

I look forward to discussing this critical matter in the near future.
