Easter went to the apartments regularly to care for an older woman... possibly a girlfriend or relative... this from the tipster that alerted LE on Easter

Update from Ch. 4:

They state that Easter was arrested this morning on unrelated charges and is being questioned regarding this case. Crime scene techs comb thru boxes of evidence taken from Easter's home. Tipster that lead the police to raid 64y.o. James Easter's home. They are saying that Easter goes to Charlotte Arms on a regular basis to care for an older female...possibly a relative, possibly a family friend or girlfriend. Duplex torn apart. Arrested on complaints of arson. Mom spoke...she doesn't want to be on cameras anymore because of how judgmental everyone has been to her and she is just sick of it. She is keeping her head up and knows she will find her daughter. As for Smith & Kennedy, sources say they could be cleared in this case soon. Noon...yellow shirts and another search @ Kmarts!

Can you believe 3 sex offenders with could have had access to Nevaeh, and all the other children in the complex.

According to neighbors of this guy on other boards,he's been burning for days.

There also saying channel 11 says that this guy is a so just hasn't registered YET,didn't say why.

Hi, Above I read that LE says he MAY be involved with Neveah's disappearance and that gives me cause to wonder.

There must be something they found that leads them to suspect he is involved and to cart out all that they did. I read it was allot of stuff they removed from his home.

And it could be he was burning allot of or tapes, fabric with tell tale signs of illicit sexual activity. I also thought I read this guy had lived there for several years, but that could be wrong. He might be a huge packrat knowing LE was looking at all the SO's in the area, thought he better get on with cleaning house.

Except I read there were bones in that pit. I consider that heresay tho, as if there were bones there they would never had covered that pit IMO. They would still be there doing a dig with a screen thru the night!

I am thinking the boxes of things they brought out of his place was literature. Surely he would have burned anything that would get him arrested if he thought they were going to be suspicious of him.

What are the arson charges for? I wonder what kind a burning laws they have in Monroe, I live in country and we burn trash every day. but in the city limit there a time during the day they can burn, if they get caught burning any other time , they get a ticket.
Arson to me means, he got something on fire that was not his????

If I am to understand this correctly - or at least what we're now hearing - it looks as though both Kennedy and Smith are going to be cleared, or have been cleared . . .??? dispite bloody towels, walls . . .found in a motel room where Kennedy stayed, not to mention a knife (fishing knife of some sort) that tested positive for human blood and something about a picture or pictures?? Is any of this true or has all of it simply been the result of overly eager reporting? and also does anyone know if there is any truth to child material found at the Easter residence or is that all BS too? TIA/Sorry for shooting off questions like this but these cases of missing children are really peeing me off!

Regardless if Smith and/or Kennedy are cleared in connection with Naveah's disappearance, both have no business being around children and as far as I'm concerned the only thing that I want to hear from Jennifer B now is the sound of her chains and handcuffs as they lead her into the county jail for endangering the life of her child by knowingly putting her around these creeps - whether it turns out they're involved or not!
