WHOA - link, please?
They're reporting that now on NG.

The teenager and someone else smelled the body encased in cement and called LE. Hopefully, the cement preserved some evidence, such as DNA.

I would think that, because the mother was only allowed supervised visitation, CPS would have been monitoring the Grandmother's home to assure Jennifer was not living there. Would think...

That's whatcha get for "thinking" ....... :blowkiss:

In dealing with these agencies, one cannot base an opinion on what we "think" is appropriate "action," just sayin' ......... Makes me wanna puke! Compound this w/ the SO's PO, who should have been all over what child/children the SO had contact with .......... well ....... just reiterates my negative feelings regarding these inadequate agencies!!

I'm sorry, I Do Not understand these women, this Mother, KC, no tears. I cried for 2 solid hours driving my 18 year old son to college because I wasn't going to see him everyday. What is wrong with them?

I can relate to your post.....it tears me apart that I have two daughters away at college......I miss them so so so much!

Your info might be accurate. News is breaking so fast.

I just have to say a big Thanks to Nancy who is doing a great play by play in getting out the info.

Just in from a caller, a man and his son fishing smelled something in a cement block container and called police. That was the tip.

Whoops Poppy, Didn't see your post ;} NIX, All Good

OMG it's just getting worse and worse.

Wow!! That poor father and son who found her body. Did anyone get what he said - was her body/cement in the water or on the bank? TIA

IMO, the possibilities are pretty numerous - Neveah was practically living unsupervised in a sea of RSO's, from the looks of things.

I don't think the mother harmed Nevaeh. She missed the question about whether she was dating Kennedy when she took the polygraph. I don't think she could have passed the questions about harming Nevaeh if she was lying.

I can see the searches actually in the river.
