I took this from MT; thought you guys would want to know:

If he is saying "perp" is still on the loose, could still be Easter then, because the other two scumbuckets are locked up...I just checked VINE...

...except, this is curious...they have both been "transferred" as of this morning...don't know where...

They are telling the media what LE wants them to believe. This LE department has not been shy about saying the press makes their jobs more difficult. I believe they know who did it, GK, and are now trying to tie mom into it as an active participant. She is all about defending GK so as long as she thinks they are looking at other people she will keep talking, talking until she gets herself in so deep she can't get out.

I *think* she knew who had Neveah. I think she sent her off with him, but expected her to come back.

kennedy and smith showing transferred.
MT is speculating they are working on a plea?

Hello - I live near this area & drive past it every day. The fishing spot is right off the road - easy access would be my guess. This area is FILLED with deer and every morning I drive by at least 5-10 dead on the side of the road - so the smell may not have immediately alarmed them.

Hi Laniefi, It's nice to meet you. Kennedy might not be involved. We don't know yet. But there are several circumstantial points coming out about him now that raise hairs. Like they say, coincidences and murder always raise red flags. IMO

That is why I thought maybe this river bank was part of his comfort zone, if he had relatives in the close area and had spent a lot of time fishing in that spot.

It is so bizarre she was buried right where a fisherman would stand like Ocean said. It could be the crime scene where he was in his own little world.

Maybe there is another man who is also very familiar with that area who has fished allot there.

RUMOR from MT

Apparently the FBI have a good lead on a suspect. And they have been tracking credit card receipts on him.

The man (well dressed wearing a Fedora) and Neveah were seen in a gas station in Toledo on Alexis road last Sunday around 1:45 pm.

Five FBI agents were in the store confirming a credit card receipt and making copies of the video yesterday afternoon.

I only know this because my mother happens to work at that store. She just told me what her boss told her happened yesterday.

I'm not sure how much of that info is credible, just passing along what I was told from my mother, who was told from her boss.

wait, that doesn't make sense, cause that other family said nevaeh was at their house until 330, right?

Just watched the presser - did anybody note that the Sheriff slipped and said "COLLUSION" rather than conclusion?

"...bring this to a successful collusion - conclusion" (at abt. 9:05 min into the presser..) This was soon after answering a question about Nevaeh's mother's cooperation and about if she knows anything more about this.

If this has been already noted, I apologize. Can't catch up with you all here!

Kennedy: "I didn't kill her"- http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/19657784/detail.html

From the article-

"I ain't got nothing to run from," he said. "I went back to the motel room to clear my name."

"I didn't take her and I definitely didn't kill her," he said.

"I have no clue. I wish that I did have some clue. I am hoping that she ain't dead. I still got my fingers crossed that they are going to find her alive."

He told the paper that he met Nevaeh's mother two years ago at the parole office. He said he formed a friendship with her out of loneliness.

"I am 39 years old. I don't want to grow old by myself. I just want a companion and to be happy. If they got a kid, I don't have a problem with that and helping them raise kids. I ain't preying on women to be with their kids," he said.

"I was a father figure to that little girl," he said. "Because I am a sex offender it doesn't mean I have to bury myself under a rock. I have no regrets about knowing Nevaeh, her mother, or grandmother. I care about them a lot."

"Bury myself under a rock...."......

My Husband just called and because he was trying to puzzle out the concrete aspect of this case and the choice of grave site.

He said he thought~ This might be the perps first murder. He's probably a SO maybe even an RSO but that this might have been the first murder in the escalation of this perp's patholgy.

Sorry to post his thought like this, but he made a good point and I wanted to bring it here for food for thought. He doesn't like communicating on the internet.

IMO, the disposal manner as well as location feel like a mixture of panic and stupidity.
Yes. These are my exact thoughts.

It's always a mistake to try to analyze a deviant mind, but I can't think of any other explanation.

I hope that this will prove to be the perp's downfall.

I am confused..
Isn't being encased in cement physical trauma? How can LE say there is no physical signs of trauma? Just wondering..

I think the word "encased" is the wrong wordage.

I believe she was buried below the thin cement mixture in a shallow grave and the flimsy thin cement was poured on top of the ground above her.

The dirt would have settled some now. Anytime earth is disturbed it has air pockets and will sink in some. The fisherman said it was slightly rounded on top. When she was placed there the mound was probably slightly higher.

It would not cause trauma to the body by placing the mixture on top of the ground.

imo

That's the point I was trying to make in my previous post too. Panic, stupidity, and thinking that they had a well thought out plan, an arrogance in thinking that no one would see the concrete and wonder what's up with that. It's not only a reflection of an impulsive and disorganized murderer but possibly also of an inexperienced murderer. Possibly. JMHO

Can a local tell me exactly where her body was found?

"We no more than got down to the bottom of the place and I noticed two rocks off to the side and some concrete on the ground. I figured maybe somebody was trying to fill in a hole or a low spot there," Mr. Bickley said.
"I was literally sitting on the rocks to the south of it and my feet were actually right on the concrete. In doing so, I was cracking it up with my feet right in the middle where there was a high spot."
After a time, the two fishermen became aware of a foul odor and thought it was a dead fish somewhere upstream.
"About an hour later or more — we were there for a few hours — and these blowflies or maggot flies started coming around. It was warming up and it started to smell more. Next thing, I look and these flies are all over my arms."
He also noticed that he had progressively cracked the concrete from stepping on it, getting up and down, and just moving his feet while fishing.
"I took my foot and pushed on the concrete and it went down and came right back up when I pressed on it," he said. "I took the toe of my workboot and pushed some of the concrete aside and there was skin. It was maybe 8-by-8 or 6-by-6 (inches) and I just knew it was skin. It wasn’t a dog or a cat, it was human skin.

Yes, I guess he could have felt this was his comfort zone but I don't know how he thought he was going to keep this hidden knowing this is a well known place to fish and is fished often.

I also would like to know did he try to make the cement mixture more like a makeshift slab or did he just put the cement scattered about out in no particular form. But the man keeps describing it as a BLOCK so it seems they did take enough time to finish it into a block form which imo would bring more attention to it not away from it.:waitasec: That is the part that is puzzling.

"Every inch of soil needs to be sifted," said Special Agent Andrew Arena. "It's tedious and, honestly, a little dangerous for our searchers along the steep riverbank."

Two fishermen discovered the body under a layer of what appeared to be concrete that had been poured over a shallow grave, Arena said.

Arena said the concrete mix poured atop the body might have been mixed with river water. The grave was inches from the river, he said.
