IA. The only thing that makes me question that is when LE said or implied that the perp was still out in the community. With all the blood found in the motel, it is hard for me to believe that he was not involved. I hope LE demanded to see his and gf's injuries.

Anyone who helped him access this child or was aware of the cover up is an accessory to her murder. It means there could be two possible people who will be implicated here.

I am just now watching NG and no one has made any comment about the perp putting her there for reliving his deed. I am surprised they are missing this aspect. It is a very telling sign, imo.

Looking at the crime scene, it appears LE moved the two flat rocks which I am guessing the killer placed partially over the gravesite. This would mean the perp could sit right there over her body. He set it up for himself to come back, imo (I don't think I need to spell out why he would do this).

I thought about the perp drowning her and it is possible (I don't care what Nancy says about it). The perp may have put her in the river to try and wash off evidence, too.

Simply horrifying. These poor men will have to live with the horror of standing and sitting on this childs grave.

I have a feeling it won't be long before we hear that GK fished in the area where this poor baby was found. I'll take my foot out of my mouth if it proves otherwise, as I've done many times before. But my suspicions about him and Savannah are on high alert here.

I respect your opinion. In this case we have proof of the mother endangering her daughter by knowingly bringing RSO's into her daughter's life. So far, in the HaLeigh case there is nothing but rumors.

And I respectfully disagree as I recognize many of the same red flags and warning signs in the lives of both these and of countless other children. (That was the "M" in Just "My" Opinion)

And we will be forever grateful for what they went through to return her to people she loved and get justice for her. They both are heros. Right place. Right time. It was time for Nevaeh to be recovered. As horrifying as it was for them, they also can take responsibility for doing the right thing. The law says they do not have to turn it in if they find a dead body. They could have left and not said a thing about her being there.

A good question and it wouldn't surprise me. I don't know enough about her to be honest. What was her age? Did she have children? Was it her blood on the knife? What do her arrest bookings look like etc. Waiting to hear.

She's actually in one of the videos. You just see her feet. She didn't want to be on camera, because as she says - she has nothing to do with this. However, I do understand that she has children although I have not been able to verify that yet. But when I do, I'm sending the link to LE as possible evidence that GK violated his parole when he was around this woman also. I'm sure she must have had some kind of relationship with him if she is paying his rent (but I have no proof of that, YET).

Hi Salem, Yes, her feet look like those of a woman who would pull rice shoots if she lived in China. Nothing wrong with that in it's own perspective. But if they had raised the camera up anyways, you would see she is really very beautiful, a 24 year old who pays the $600 a month to keep GK's rent paid so he is assured a place to live.

I saw her photo and was amazed! What do women see in this guy?

Maybe she has children with him. That could be the relationship, and since her beauty gives her the ability to earn money and he is a low-life due to his sexual predications, she makes sure he always has a place to live. Maybe she cares less about that and really loves her children, if she has any. We know so little. I think she does tho - intuition LOL

It I hadn't known about his being a SO and just looked at his and her photos, I could see them as a possible couple. Now I know one has the edge. And I think that is all she is to this case. Sorry Nomoresorrow, I'm way back, but am a bit confused. So where do we go from the point in time from Navaeh's mom reaching GK on his phone and told LE wants to tt him and she and he then drive back to his apt and LE are there waiting for him. And he is then taken into custody for a PV.

I wonder what time they hooked up. Have we learned the time of his arrest that night, maybe on booking records. There just has to be a way to find that out, I mean even in Portugal we were able to find their report docs to get the log in time for both agencies who responded to the crime!

Please don't think that I've been ignoring you - I've been searching through news articles/reports that refer to the timeline and I've gotta say that this case is completely the opposite of the Haleigh case. Dispite disputes and debates around the time of events in that case, at least the time was mentioned when people gave an account of something. Oftentimes, in this case, there is no mention of the time whatsoever. GK never states the time that he got the call from JB about Nevaeh missing. (unless someone can direct me to an article where it is mentioned) What I don't get is why interviewing reporters didn't ask that question of him. I'm not a reporter but my natural instinct would be to ask him that after he tells of getting the call from JB and of him and Savannah going searching themselves. I'm truly mystified by that as that would be a critical piece of information to know. I would think that a reporter would know that in a missing child case they should always inquire about the time that the event occurred that the individual is telling you about - especially potential suspects! Had GK been asked by reporters everytime he gave his randition of getting the call from JB and how he and his girlfriend SG went out searching . . .blah, blah, blah, it's possible that his answer may have conflicted with the time that he gave to LE while being questioned which would be a red flag. I see pretty much the same thing with JB - alot of blah, blah, blah, but no real pinning her down on the time(s) by any reporters. So in answer to the original question here - I don't have a answer because I can't find the time reported/mentioned anywhere when GK & Savannah went out on their little search;

They went to Nevaeh's preschool on Riverview first to look and then to Greenwoods Apartments (as stated in the article - above).

The Detroit Press states in their May 26th article that JB reported Nevaeh missing to the police at 6:30pm. (referring to Sunday, May 24th) Yet I have heard others mention that the police were not contacted at 6:30 pm . . .:crazy:

It comes with the answers if he molested her too. I have seen rumors of such. I have not see fact.

I believe when the laws became stiffer for pedos we began seeing more murders in concert with the sexual assaults. Now it is time to up the penalties even more and go to the extreme. The only way to stop them is to take them out of society once they have been found guilty. It is ridiculous to put them back on the streets to reoffend. :furious:

They do congregate, but I have come to believe it is fairly rare to see a pedo share in the actual act. From everything I have read...while it is common to share videos and photos...the perp wants to experience the act solo. It doesn't mean the perp didn't have help in the abduction or cover up tho.

They used to hang them soon after trial (seen Changling? Good movie). They try to cover the evidence to prevent going to jail. Yet they are compulsive, and cannot stop their behavior.

Put them on Alcatraz again... make them restore the facility through labor. Let them all rot there.

I hear you Scandi. But I'm thinking poor little Tori Stafford. 2 perps? I don't know. This stuff is happening so frequently. I don't think we are prepared to understand it. It's all new. These perps are getting braver, bolder and more sick by the day. That's my own paranoid brain anyway
