Someday we're going to see this woman on Snapped or some Discovery ID program. Poor Ramsay.

we are used to it by now in the metro d area.. 5 or 12 more inches.. hey maybe we can run the busses and make a fun day of it and not eat up the school budget hahahhaa..

yes it is cold here.

btw back on topic: I think she has makeup tatts? anyone? esp the lips and eyes.

Way back a few pages ago someone asked if she was wearing makeup in court, I speculated she had eyeliner and lipliner tattooed on. So since you've chimed in thinking this too, it's probably safe to assume we are right ;)

Just stopped in to post about the car donations but someone already has.

All I can think of is what an IDIOT! Did she not think this stuff through? She should be put on that dumbest criminals show because this is not only disturbing but so stupid. A 6 year old could cover a crime better than this.

Two words: histrionic & narcissistic

If this woman isn't the poster child for those two personality disorders, then I don't know who would be. Seriously.

Count down till she's labeled either borderline or sociopathic.

Are we allowed to post links to a forum where someone says they worked with Ramsay and interacted with the mom and Ramsay?

And maybe eyebrows, too.

And maybe eyebrows, too.

I was debating on those, do you think they are? In some photos they look either shaved off or bleached out. It doesn't really help her appearance any.

I'm very very curious if she was on drugs when they brought her in. She was considered suicidal (my arse she was!) and had "pain". Yeah... withdrawal will do that to a person

That's the one where the coworker says RS was nice and DS was verbally abusive and always calling him a loser, right? I wouldn't be surprised if that's true.

I'm just downriver of Detroit. They just said the storm was arriving later than thought so it'll prob hit at that 'right' time so everyone will be spinning on 94 and 75 during morning commute....and school will be called off :(

Anyway.....can you imagine if this sicko mother lived 150 years ago and did the same crime? She would probably get the treatment she deserves. She's sitting pretty in jail right now.....given a blanket and some food to eat. I don't think someone with her mindset is sitting in there going 'omg what have i done".

I wonder what "pain" she was in. On FB she says she takes meds for diverticulitis.

I suspect she's thinking "how did they possibly catch me?!".

tsk tsk

(WJBK) -
ST. CLAIR SHORES, MICHIGAN -- In response to an emergency motion by the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office, a district judge increased the bond Tuesday on Donna Scrivo to $250,000 cash.

The judge ruled Tuesday that Scrivo had not been truthful to the court during her arraignment, when she represented financial indigence and requested court-appointed counsel. It was disclosed during today's hearing that Scrivo owns a home in St. Clair Shores valued at approximately $150,000, received two insurance payments this past summer totaling $175,000, owns a 2012 Ford Escape valued at $19,000, and withdrew $8100 from her bank four days prior to her arrest.

Catching up. My first response to this is: "Who does she think she's kidding???"

Does she really think no one will see or investigate?
Right now, I think she's the one who's mentally sick, very sick. :jail:

My heart goes out to her son and what he must have endured. I can't even imagine. More as I catch up. :twocents:

Janx, I think they were insurance pay outs in two installments from her husband' death.

Yup, that is basically what it was.

On the police video they mentioned that she had previously been charged with retail fraud. What is retail fraud?

I am also surprised at how low the house was worth. Only $150,000. Is that the normal cost of a house?

In the Mid west yes. My son went to school in Ohio, I could not believe the difference in the cost of living there. 1/2 or more cheaper than here in NE IMHO.

Also, morphine is not given to anyone as an injectable. It's given in tablet form, either IR or ER (instant release or extended release). If a person cannot swallow then it's given rectally.

& this is known because, how? His mother who ended up chopping him up said so? There is no proof - just her word. No proof of his detox off of morphine (which is nasty and as bad as heroin withdrawal. He would have gone through it at the psych facility)

Also: "Court records say she worked part-time at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit from 1989 to 2004, when she was fired"

I am not sure what states are all allowed to do this but I know when my step dad was at the was at the final stage (2007) in his life my Mom and I got liquid morphine to give to him orally to help him to get as comfortable as possible Hospice only came and checked in daily for the last week and then it was every so many hours at the very end. We had glass containers of it in the fridge and then we had the plastic syringes (without the needles) to measure it out and every time he got a dose we had to write it down. I know my Mom still has everything documented I could look it up to know how much we had here at one time. Also when my Grandpa passed out in Utah in (2012) hospice also left us morphine to give to him they just measured it out in the syringes (no needles) and left enough for his doses to be given until the next nurse came to check in.

I found this on the gov link for retail fraud.

"(c) With intent to defraud, obtains or attempts to obtain money or property from the store as a refund or exchange for property that was not paid for and belongs to the store if the amount of money or the value of the property obtained or attempted to be obtained is $200.00 or more but less than $1,000.00."

I don't know if she did this, but for some reason I'm picturing this scenario:

Donna goes into the store, she purchases 20 towels that are alike. She pays for this on her CC, they are on sale.
Later Donna returns to the store *after the sale has ended, and takes them to customer service. The sale price sticker has been removed. She claims to have lost the receipt. She asks for money back verses an exchange.
She is credited with a gift card for the full amount rather than the funds to her CC (because she didn't have a receipt).
This means that she's defrauded the business and ends up money in her hand.

I know a few people who run this scheme. Often they use stolen CC's or ones in another person's name. My mom manages Kohl's and has busted people doing this scam during the holiday season.

Another angle; I have worked retail in very high end stores. Some "slicksters" who are employees try to charge back returns on their own cards. I worked in high end furniture. Think $2,000. We had an employee who would do bogus "returns" and credit their own card. He got caught BTW.

FWIW, I would turn mine over to my manager to handle it as I wanted no involvement whatsoever.

o/t re: morphine vials.

Last night at 3am when I was responding, I was literally picturing vials for IV use, not the oral sulfate.
