Found Deceased MI - Rebecca Park, 22, approx 38 wks pregnant, last seen entering vehicle, phone found - Wexford County - Nov 2025

“This is a case of premeditated torture and murder,” said Wexford County Prosecutor Johanna Carey while arguing for no bond at the arraignment. “These two individuals created a plan, conducted research. Mr. Bartholomew brought Rebecca to their home, forced her into another vehicle and took her into the woods where they stabbed her, forced her to lie on the ground while they cut her baby out, ultimately caused her death and the death of the baby."

This is waaay worse than I imagined 😳

This reads as if Rebecca was alive when forced to lie on the ground.

Guessing because Cortney planned this and Brad simply did as told when told but probably wasn't part of the planning just dragged in in the moment and after. She straight up planned the murder of her own flesh and unborn grandchild. I knew it. From the beginning I and others following KNEW. This awful waste of skin premeditated that murder of her own child and grandson. It doesn't get much more subhuman than that IMO
She killed the Parks legal daughter and grandson. They must be devastated!

I wonder why CB got "premeditated homicide" and "homicide felony murder" while BB got "homicide". Then they both had essentially the same other charges.

Sounds like LE has evidence she planned it and she was the active participant.

And both got once count of Torture. This is horrific
From this article, it looks like both got premeditated.

I wonder how long she was alive after she "went missing". This is a truly awful one.

Man's inhumanity to man knows no bottom, but a mother to get own daughter and grand baby, this isn't even human.

Drop the prison on them.

I haven't forgotten the Parks. They continue to be in my prayers, as are the little ones of Kimberly and Rebecca that the Park family are raising to this day.

Right? Cutting an unborn child out of a concious living pregnant girl is a new level of horrific.

I'm having no luck in compartmentalizing my emotions right now.

The pure depravity of these human beings is mind blowing.

animals treat their young better than this woman treated hers. Now I really want to know what Kimberly knew and when that gained her those charges. Rich's I feel pretty certain were simply the result of having sold meth to a criminal information. LE probably arranged that buy in order to gain leverage on him for use in investigating Rebeca's disappearance, which I still feel he probably wasn't part of at all

So does this mean they killed her in the woods, moved her body elsewhere, then finally moved her body to the high-traffic forest path she was found on? Because I have seen the censored photograph of the place where she was found (that includes her blurred body) and I just don't see her being killed and left to lay there for days and days before finally being found.

If the couple wanted Becca dead, they had only to kill her. The attempt to remove the baby from her womb makes it clear, at least to me, that her death wasn't the only goal here. They wanted that infant.

I don't know how much is left of Cortney's numerous Facebook accounts and tik tok, but I do know that I and others who sleuthed her privately saw multiple posts by her indicating she wanted a baby and to be pregnant again. I just hope the evidence is still there or LE can retrieve it if not.

Yes, that is the way I understand it. Rebecca's body was moved to that path during the wee hours, quite a long time after the death.
I wonder where she was before that?

That forest was crawling with locals searching.

O... M... G...

I actually feel ill!
What is wrong with these people?

Absolutely disgusted.

IMO, they had to have moved them after killing them. With the animals up there in the woods, there's no way that Becca would have even been recognizable (or, as painful as it is to think about or type, intact) after all of that time. The searchers who found her (after her father found her and asked for their help) recognized that it was Becca.
Probably hidden at the house.
IMO.

OMG. I am at a loss for words.
These people are MONSTERS.
Were they going to sell her baby?

Do we know whether Rebecca's sister or fiancé will be charged?

It's very puzzling. I had previously assumed that she was both killed and stored at the house. But the charges suggest killed in the woods.

There was talk on the livestreams of various old structures in the woods, but I would have thought anything like that would have been searched.
