I don't know - if she hasn't seen Cassidy by now there is little chance the future will change.

I'm thinking JY could leave Cassidy in Brevard - Charlotte is not that far, especially for someone who likes to drive. I'm thinking that job may have come through JY's good friend who lives in Charlotte and was on his way to Raleigh the day Michelle was found. Leaving Cassidy in Brevard gives him some obvious freedoms...

Older Kim lives near Pinehurst in Aberdeen. Heather (younger) lives in Brevard. He has been staying with her

Charlotte is pretty close to being in the middle between Brevard and Aberdeen - so not any closer. Since supposedly Heather is the one Cassidy would have went to according to the rumored will - I suspect she will be staying in Brevard with her. JMO.

I would agree, an indictment before arrest would be nice but my point is - it is not neccessary for an arrest to occur. If you follow just WRAL you will note several arrests are made without a GJ involvement. In this case, I believe the DA will take it to a GJ just because they know the perp is not going anywhere and most likely will not kill again so the case is being built to accommodate a speedy trial potential. Cases in point - the guy from Wendell was arrested the same day his wife was found murdered - same with Massenburg and several others.

Does that mean the DA must wait for the GJ - no - if JY is the perp he can be arrested at any time - the GJ indictment is not a requirement to arrest this murderer. An arrest however means that the DA must be prepared to take it to the GJ for an indictment ASAP. So you see, I'm not sure why everyone is waiting and thinking only the GJ can bring in a reason to arrest this perp.

Actually, JY intends to take Cassidy with him. TB said this from Heathers account and i have the same info from an e-mail he wrote 2-12-07 inquiring about a job at that time (very interesting I might add)

I don't disagree - the whole point is some people have been lead to believe that LE needs the GJ indictment to arrest - the truth is - they do not need anything from the GJ to arrest a suspect in this case or any other. That is all I am trying to clarify - LE can arrest when the DA agrees and an arrest warrant with probable cause is obtained. Not sure why everyone is having such a difficult time understanding this and waiting impatiently for the GJ - an arrest can come at any time - once arrested the DA can still go to the GJ to get an indictment.

Very true. If this was a mad man on the lose , they would arrest and then worry about the indictment. In this case, they will use the GJ first since JY is not likely to repeat a murder . The DA will have all his ducks in a row, including a GJ indictment in this case..jmo

In this case there may also be an advantage to a preliminary hearing versus a GJ - the timing would require discovery relating to alibi witnesses. I'm not yet convinced the DA will pursue a GJ indictment, which could be had on next to nothing evidence - the down side the DA gets nothing - at a PH the defense must produce something and reveal a certain strategy. I wouldn't rule it out just yet.

Well.....Tennisbuff has just announced that JY has got a job in Charlotte and will be relocating. Seem's he's "moving on".

Given the gojo / johngo episodes I can see Team JY (TJY) floating this rumor to get it back to the public to make JY look innocent. All this time Tennisbuff has claimed no talking about JY with Heather and now it is told JY has a job. Hmmmm, could be true, could be more fun and games from TJY. 50/50 either way.

ETA - obviously the insurance company hasn't paid out that $1M huh ?

Given JY's tilt, I am surprised it has taken this long. It can't be pleasant for a ladies man to be sitting in the mountains without a supply of young ladies to chase. He couldn't be honest with his wife while she was alive, I have doubts he would bother after her death. JMO and a harsh one it is.

If this is true about the job then this guy is really lucky that he's got friends because I believe Barney's (?) suggestion that he had help getting this job. I bet life looks pretty good to him right now. Makes me :sick:

I'm praying every night that if he's the killer he won't get away with this.
