Taylor Behl... incredibly sad, way too young.scandi said:Charlie et al, I thought I read here that the attorney he has hired is not from the same 'Duke' firm, but has the same last name as one of their attorneys. If that is correct, I heartily concur with you. In the post I read about that, they talked how his attorney is really the very silent type that hardly ever says BOO! LOL
I was actually very impressed with the other case out of Raleigh and how it was handled earlier this year. They got their man after saying virtually nothing to the public after the 30 year old Goth guy was finally arrested. They played it close but arrested the right guy when they had a pat casel I think he opted to plead guilty and there was no trial, but he won't ever twist a garotte around a gal's neck again, and that is a very good thing!
I did read a comment somewhere that they thought this Sheriff was in over his head with this case because of all the media preasure that could come to bear. I think they must have been blowing some smoke if it is the same team that nailed the Goth guy. {her name is on the tip of my tongue and I feel awful I can't bring it to mind}

If I'm incorrect about the lawyer, it still doesn't change my mind. I still believe it is weird that these posters are hitting every forum possible including ones that aren't easy to find. I just find that odd. I'll look for the link about the lawyer but I am pretty sure it noted he was with the firm representing Finnerty.
I'm wondering what media pressure the friends are talking about - seems very quiet to me, Greta left, Nancy G hasn't been there yet...no one camped out. The media is actually extremely quiet about this case.
