I will not post it, but there is a post-mortem photograph on NaMus of the "Norm" tattoo. There are also two articles about the finding of the body of which most is reproduced in the NaMus posting. The only thing it added was the body was found near the landfill, in the water.

Shoes - black colored work type oxfords with laces, size 10.5 Socks - black colored
Full upper and lower dentures were present in the mouth. No identifying markings were on the dentures. Several teeth are missing from the upper denture and other teeth are broken.
The penis is circumcised with both testicles present.

This Unidentified White Male was found floating face down in Lake Michigan on September 30, 1976 near 900 North Lincoln Memorial Drive, Milwaukee, WI. The deceased had no identification on him. The only identifying feature the deceased had was a tattoo to the mid-portion of his upper left arm that stated "Norm" in script writing.
$2.13 in U.S. coins were found in his pockets.

He was identified as Norton H. Secore and is now in NamUs Unclaimed as UCP142286.

I suspect he won't be in there long. He was 44 and lived in Hammond, Indiana, a Chicago suburb.

I see that his profile was created the day his UP profile was removed, but it was only made public today.
You are really good at this then. I try to track but I only figured out the Bradford beach bone was removed, not norm. And never would have checked unclaimed. Guess I should do that now too.

Checking newspapers, norm was… troubled. Stole cars. Crashed cars, lots of crime.
 
Looking at the tattoo again and it’s rather obvious that it says “Norton” and not “Norm”. Hindsight I guess?
