It is disappointing how the media in particular span this case to paint Sherrill and Suzie's life choices as being some sort of catalyst for what happened to them - not in all cases, but in most coverage I've seen that has been the case. As mentioned already, it's just unfortunate they didn't have anyone to represent them in the same way that Stacy did. That's not to put down Bartt or Sherrill's sister, but the media seemed to latch onto Janis, who I have to say, has handled everything really well. She keeps her daughter's memory alive, but she doesn't make this case all about Stacy.
