Nothing is more important to a profiler than crime scene photos, and Wright didn't have those to work with because the crime scene was disturbed by numerous people. Therefore his profile, while competent considering what he had to work with, can't be treated as the be-all, end-all of the case. It has limited value due to the lack of meaningful crime-scene photos.

It's interesting that you would attempt to discredit the porch lady's very solid eyewitness account even though her account does not conflict with Wright's profile.

The porch lady’s account is not credible. She didn’t even come forth for several days although the crime was all over the news.

Also, the timeline is all off.

Have you stood on that porch at 4:30am using a similar van with actors to see if a positive ID of a woman could be made let alone one you’d have to remember about a week later?

Isn’t it also possible it was someone else entirely? Lead is weak, IMO.

Not attempting to discredit, just asking questions of its validity. Detective Allen Neal did not like the tip FWIW.

I read they left because Janelle’s house was too crowded AND they didn’t want to sleep on a pallet. It can’t be both. That’s what makes this frustrating!!

Why couldn’t it be both? They had to sleep on the floor because the house was too crowded. I wouldn’t want to sleep on the floor in a crowded house, either.

He lived with JR, well as they dated. I think he bounced around between his sister's (Pam) and JR's apartment. Who shared one with RS. And JR's daughter JW, who dated Recla, lived with them eventually when JR broke up with Garrison.

Wait. Sorry I’m not solid on the names in this case. Was Recla one of the crypt vandals?

The “friends” that showed up at the house had never been to that residence prior. How the hell did they k ow their housekeeping habits? More staging by those that have answers to questions that could solve this case IMHO.

My thoughts exactly. Suzie's room was a disaster but her clothes found their way to the dirty clothes hamper....
I've also wondered why Stacy didn't just go home. That's what I would have done, it wasn't as far as Suzie's.

I wouldn’t want to sleep on a floor in a crowded house if I had a choice, but if it’s both, why not say so? Why put down pallets out of town guests have to step over? It may make sense in a desperate situation or Suzie and Stacy might’ve had different reasons for not wanting to stay.

they sabotaged the crimescene , were the last known peps to see two of three women and can not be dismissed because a few amaetuer armchair sleuths say so.
Preach it k-mac! I read where SPD did question Janelle....multiple times. Why would they do that unless they suspected she knows more than she's telling them. And Asher buddying up with her and Mike? You could take that 2 ways...not an end-all that he believes everything they've ever said about that night.

I think they, like me, put a lot of stock into the Apco tip. They include it in all the timelines that the Newsleader has printed in each +5 year anniversary article.

That's what the police liked so much.

But Garrison never had time to develop an interest in the women. He was out 3 weeks and Suzie and Sherrill never came up on his radar. Garrison hung out at a bar on the north side and mostly with friends around the Hillcrest apartments. Dusty and Mike bought weed off him once because Dusty was dating JW while Garrison dated JR.

It's not clear if Dusty even met Garrison before the disappearance. I believe he bought weed from him well after June 7th 1992.

This has been talked about ad-nauseum on Topix and other forums, and I put very little in the connection there. The grand jury called all of them for questioning and it produced nothing.

There's a reason the police don't report who called at 11:15pm. JBO called at 9pm. There's no mention of who made the 11:15 call. The 11:15pm call is mentioned on the SPD website's official case description.

There's a reason in the "Vanished" video that Ms. McCall says "Suzie needed a friend." She's telegraphing inside knowledge with this statement, IMO.
