I still think that amount of cash was left behind to throw off investigators. If you are prepared to kill 3 women then why leave over £1000 behind unless you are proving a point?

  • #142
Exactly. And I'd turn the suckers in.
And those 'boys' didn't mind handling dead people's remains...far as I know, they weren't coroners. Lol How creepy is that?
On one newscast...might have been Knowles...LE stated the 'boys' lit the hair of one body and used it as a lantern. Genius. :rolleyes:o_O:eek:

The above does not mean I'm convinced the Grave Robbers abducted 3 women but I do hope they got counseling!
It doesn't sound like they were fresh corpses. Slightly less creepy.

Things like that postponed them being considered missing until much later in the day.

But that’s not why they left it behind I don’t think as you would have to know Janelle was a complete idiot for that to happen. How would the kidnapper know their friends were morons?

Most normal people would of seen that house and phoned the police off the bat. Even the Police when they went in asked Janis for Stacey’s dental records pretty much straight away. That house screamed that something was horribly wrong from the get go.

ETA

Locally speaking it would of made more sense to take the cigarettes and money to make it legitimately look like they had gone out for the day.

That also seemed like a very general statement meant to ask for the public's help. I don't think it was based on actual evidence.
I used to believe it was 'based on actual evidence' but now......no.

A similar statement was given out recently with the much publicized Mollie Tibett abduction/murder case.

People will disagree but...the abductors thoughts was not on money.....IMO....they were desperate but it had nothing to do with money.

I've said this a hundred times I think. The women could have been followed home from George's. The perps could have watched and waited for the women to get ready for bed, and then invaded the home.

I still am completly convinced that the front porch lady was being truthful about the van she saw. She may have not got the color and other detail right, but that does not mean she did not see a van with suzie crying and driving it. These are the only clues in this case that actually make sense.

If the money was in there purses this could suggest the killer or killers had boundaries. A lot of people, men especially, will not go into a purse unless they are asked to. This is just a random thought.

"How would the kidnapper know their friends were morons?"
Good question. Bingo.

"Most normal people would of seen that house and phoned the police off the bat."
Exactly. Bingo.

"That house screamed...."
Exactly. Bingo.

How WOULD the kidnapper know the 'friends' were morons?

If you saw my bedroom after I get ready you would assume I'd been kidnapped lol. An adult might be like wtf but a teenager might think her friends were out with boys and not wanted to alarm a parent or police. I still think most of the behavior that day was suspicious.

I do not buy the women being followed home from George's. I don't find any credibility in that tip given the amount of people that dispute it who were also at the restaurant.

The fact is, the porch lady sighting is also not super credible. She may have seen a van with a woman driving, but I don't think it was the 3MW/perps.

In fact, we're not even sure a van was ever used that night. There's no proof of any of it. It's a huge red herring. Spray painting a van and parking it out front is your best hope to solving this? Is this the dumbest investigative department in the world or is there something to make this a possible red herring?

Then you have the cops checking leads regarding Cox, Larry Hall, GJ3. All with loose if any connection to the women. Not buying it. Especially because I believe in Wright's profile as a guide. And the perps took an interest in the women and knew the comings and goings of the house. That is not the MO of Cox, Hall, Garrison, etc. Garrison was out 3 weeks before the crime--how do you figure he even gets on Levitt's radar?

SPD's investigation makes very little sense and it's time to turn the mirror back on them. Spray painting a van and making people chase buzzards instead of following up with real leads? Psychic tips! Gag orders on the searches! Something is NOT adding up.

I read "morons" as "Mormons" lol. Moron's definitely!

That’s a great point! Asking about dental records really makes me wonder wth it looked like before Mike and Janelle got there. Investigators noticed way more than the other people milling about.

I thought it was mentioned that the porch lady was hypnotized too. If that's true that's insane.

Leaves out 'thieves' and more towards, since purses were lined up, COULD be a sign of OCD.
What type of person would line-up anything in an abduction situation?
And heck, that 'evidence' could be interpreted by a behaviorist....anybody on here with those credentials?

But all the reports say that the woman were known to make their beds when they got up. Sherrill was a neat freak so the fact her room was a mess was very out of character and the same for Suzie. I have given suzie’s room leave-way as it was graduation night so it’s safe to think she changed her mind about what she would wear a million times and that’s why it wasn’t as clean as normal. Sherrill had no such reason imo

I don't know why Janelle or anyone that was not Sherrill's good friend would be in her bedroom. That seems disrespectful but then so do a lot of things kids did that day.

Only people that claim their theories are facts or that they have inside information and aren't verified by the site.

Some people here do not like to be challenged.....but they like to challenge others.
Least that's what my observation has lead me to believe.

That's people for ya.
