The washcloths don’t mean much. Suzie could’ve changed makeup before she went out for the night and she probably washed her face before the ceremony. The bathroom was so neat I can't believe there wasn’t a hamper. We don’t know how the purses looked since Janis disturbed them when she took and returned Stacy’s. That the 3 purses were in one area sounds like they were thrown or dropped.

Do we know for sure Stacy didn't stop at Suzie's to get ready?

I get that you like arguing. I just meant it not a cop or fake cop, how do you think these women were removed from the house?
Someone they trusted along with their friend(s) grabbing them and subduing them.

Trust got them in the house. I think a trained cop/army ranger like Cox/etc. restrained them.

I just read that Stacy and Janelle got ready together. It’s at the Streeter blog.

A former poster here has cleaned her house. His wife is named in the June 8th article, you can look that up. Her initials are MM. He is DM.

I’ve spoken to him many times. There is no “there” there.

We know Cox worked for the same company as Mr. McCall but that doesn’t mean Stacy knew him. Do you think any of the women knew Cox?

The Janelle angle is a red herring.

Just like the green van, the bearded suspect, etc.

And that’s why they lead nowhere. If those kids did this, the crime would have solved a long time ago. They wouldn’t be able to contain themselves with all that guilt. While a cop is friends with them. While Janis is over at their family functions. I don’t believe it. Someone would roll.

I think someone with lots of power took an interest in Sherrill.

Find out who Sherrill dated or had over in those two months and you will find out what happened.

Is that a proven fact? Carnahan has come up many times but surely she knew that that he murdered Jackie Johns.

I’m dubious.

Going to just elminate Cox entirely and here's why:

1. Cox doesn't fit either the Wright profile or SPD 2012 profile.
2. Cox's tie to McCall carries little weight since Stacy going to the house was a last minute, unplanned decision.
3. One man didn't do this alone

I have no information of Sherrill dating Gerry Carnahan. I think that is an unproven rumor. I also believe Carnahan had an alibi (I believe overseas--honestly forget and would have to look it up) in 1992.

There's a few men in each of these...

Are you suggesting they could be responsible or that she was around men?

No, not at all. But some of them might be helpful or you could draw a connection from, say a violent criminal, to one of those men, it'd be something. Take or leave it.

Since the 3 women went missing have these men done criminal things? Were they criminals before - anything that would suggest they could be involved? You don't thin the graduation bringing people in from out of town could have been a factor in their disappearance?

In my research, they all come out pretty clean. But that doesn't mean a customer of any of those stylists, man or woman, didn't take an interest in Sherrill or maybe even Suzie. Likely no answers in them, but I posted because it's relevant.

I’m just going to state my final conclusion and I won’t attempt to debate it further.

I believe it was a single male predator who knew police procedure and once he rendered the women defenseless, he staged the crime to confuse everyone.

He was also extremely lucky the crime scene was so contaminated by people coming to the house. It was a perfect storm.

I do not believe this is some grand conspiracy. The person I suspect has openly stated he is always armed. I was informed the perp had a gun and wore a hat. There was DNA found but unidentified. My suspect has no DNA on file.

He lived and worked some distance from Springfield but round trip was within one day’s driving distance. My trusted source viewed him at his place of employment and had tracked him over a ten year period.

The suspect has no criminal history.

That the police mishandled the case is proven by the prosecutors’s own assertions. But they didn’t do it.

It's an interesting ad. I would hope her coworkers would have been questioned at the time. People sometimes assume they are keeping to themselves and therefore aren't attracting unwanted attention, or the way they treat other people and their privacy is the same way they will be treated by others. That isn't how it works, unfortunately.

Who called at 11:15 pm? Who was in the house prior to June 7, 1992? And after April 1992..

I wonder if the 11:15 is that missing piece of the puzzle LE needs.

And too bad Sherrill didn't keep a guest book by the door but I'm 99.9% LE contacted Nigel (Suzie's friend) and Sherrill's friend she was on the phone with. There's 2 people. Suzie had already broken up with Recla. She did have a prom date, saw a photo, he looked harmless.

I wonder if Sherrill did hair for any of Suzie’s classmates. It would’ve been an opportunity for Suzie’s friends to get to know another side of Sherrill.
