I don't see any reason for the club to facilitate this crime.......no motive.

I do believe Garrison has valuable info or Detective Thomas wouldn't have leaned on him so much......
Money is motive enough, money, favor, reps, protection from whatever might be coming, in this case from below.

I do think if this is solved, the perps will turn out to have been located far from Springfield.

I agree! I believe this would be very hard for someone to commit if they had close ties to the city or victims. I believe perps are likely, as you said, far away from Springfield. At least one or two of them.

I also believe that the crime committed by several criminals and not only one,
I believe that before the crime was committed there were also surveillance on the house.
I agree with this....

I love your posts Blue Girl!

There's a good example somewhere in one of these threads a poster used, and told for true: biker in Kansas from an affiliate's hired to torch a business in Chicago for insurance payout. Drives to Springfield, gets half his cash, rides into Chicago, torches the place, then back to Springfield for other half, and he's back in Kansas before the last ember's cold. No ties at all to Chicago. Insurance pays off, MC that arranged things gets big cut, everybody's happy except the law.

I don't know much a about polygraphs. I think I would fail. Anytime a doctor checks my pulse it freaks me out. Even when they do the blood pressure I get nervous. It's not rational but by having someone check my heart beats makes me worry it will just stop. Being hooked up to something that would check if I was lying and/or my heart rate I be so worried about failing and what my heart was doing that my name might seem like a lie. Has anyone ever taken one or wondered if they are accurate?

I have taken a polygraph o_O Yep. I guess I 'passed'...it was a million years ago and I'm still walkin' around free

Yes. I ate the doughnuts.

we're going to take a little break from the discussion.

  • #329
I closed this discussion on Wednesday because of a string of posts which were personalizing and bickering. If you disagree with someone please debate in a civil manner and without making directed insults or "yelling" at other posters. You may have to agree to disagree, "scroll and roll", or put the poster on ignore.

Carry on.

Thanks,
Whiskers

So. Whodunnit? Why?

the phantom bikie involvement should be put back in the dark ages where it belongs.

bike gangs do not randomly kill members of the public to get at intended problem.
they deal with the problem....directly.

nobody can prove or produce information to substantiate a connection with sherril suzie and stacy to any sort of bikie group or hanger -on wanna be bikie.
with or with out colours and tattoos and ...whatever...…

its as off connection as a vagrant boogie man.

imo

You could be onto something. One formerly prolific and informed poster no longer posts because he lives where a suspect also lives.

I do know this individual is still being tracked. I doubt he was involved but don’t entirely rule him out.

I cannot provide either name for the safety of the former poster. I know this from personal knowledge and is not hearsay.

I was friends with Suzie and she was suppose to go out with us after graduation... Instead she chose to hang out with her friends that she had known since elementary school. We all thought that was weird, but whatever, we'll see her tomorrow... Suzie and I planned on going to cosmetology school together and move in together. When I heard the next day that they were missing, I was in disbelief..

So even Suzie’s closet friends found it weird she ditched them for Janelle and co tbay night. I would love to know why Suzie changed her plans.

I still think this crime is very close to home.

Weird that you feel the need to go to bat for the GGMC.

I don’t think they did this but it’s not impossible they have some connection because of Garrison.

nothing weird to see here.

no going into bat for anybody actually.

<modsnip - condescending>.

please identify a direct connection between sherrill stacy and or suzie to a bikie gang.
or your mate wanna be bikie garrison.

its in the boogie man compartment.

no viable connection.

Yeah, rather tired of the 'cloak and dagger' and the rumor mill grinding away.
IMO...it was obviously a one-time Spfld event. Not committed by a vagrant (no car), not a hat wearing peeping Tom (peepers peep), not a biker or a wanna-be biker (they shoot each other), wasn't a drug deal gone bad (typically tempers flare then blood flows asap), not motivated by money ($750 isn't chump change)....

Fact: I have the June 19, 1992 newspaper article turns outthe Apco guy looked at and spoke directly to Sherrill. He remembers distinctly because he typically had approx only 10 customers a night.
It also has another 'snarky' comment made by Kathy Kirby concerning Sherrill. (Hello! Sherrill is missing, likely dead, and Kirby's criticizing .... and nobody thinks that's weird?)

I'll get it posted asap. Stay tuned.

Okay....I think this is the one.....
Yes.....this is the right excerpt....note upper left first paragraph....
"If she wanted to get ahold of her daughter she (Sherrill) knew exactly where to call."
"Our phone did not ring one time."

IMO....she sounds angry and annoyed vs worried. I just find her behavior...odd considering the serious situation.
