SM admitted to the payphone when they said they were working on getting video. Did they ever get the video?

On cross examination by the defense, Martin said the last time Elvis called the payphone was at 3:05 a.m. She didn't call Moorer until 10 minutes later.

The witness testified that he didn't know if Elvis was driving or was a passenger in a vehicle as she was making the calls.

I just want to shake Truslow and say "really! Does it matter who or when he was interviewed at this point? He's a lying liar who lies and you know it!" He's seriously making this so much harder than it needs to be that he's confusing himself right now. Just shut UP.

Yes letting the jury leave so she can FINALLY get her objection in

During cross by defense attorney Truslow, Martin said he was part of an interview with Moorer. In the interview, the defendant said he called Elvis from the payphone to get her to stop harassing him.

Between KT and the judge, my blood is boiling.

Really if Sidney wants everyone to know why he called he needs to get up there and tell us.

Yet weren't all these photos from search warrant feb 21? Sidney was feb 21...i missed her apartment warrat date when taken. Way after Dec?

I believe she said the search of the apartment was December 20.

I'm guessing it was as Heather left it, McDs bag and all, and that Bri was still out of town, but that is JMO. Does anyone know when Bri came back to Myrtle?

Did the Prosecution ask the Investigator testifying to the phone records, when was the last time Sidney and Heather had called eachother prior to the calls on Dec 18th ?

Why call someone that time of the night from a payphone to tell them to stop calling you? Makes no sense. I hope the jury has common sense. I guess with all the guys on the jury, perhaps one or a few has had an affair and knows the drill with secret late night phone calls to a paramour.

I hope this case is made an example of how Judges and Defense Attorneys are not to behave.
I pray this makes sense.

Ut oh - seems like Livesay made an objection, that was overruled because of evidence she brought in. She objected because it was self serving, but the judge overruled it because she was the one that introduced it, so the judge ruled the defense had the right to question it.

Oh, they still have payphones? - what SM asked detective when first asked if he made call from payphone

Not to mention where are these notes she was harassing him with. Common sense says he called her for another reason.

Oh I love it. SM, you are a really bad liar. Did you take notes from the State vs. Arias trial, as well as the State vs. Anthony trial?

So by SM own words HE did have control of her phone as late as 3:17 am. Defense was trying to say we don't know who made the calls. Well for sure she made that one because he admitted to speaking to her. And of course Bri says she spoke with her and SM says he spoke with her on the payphone. So one can assume she had her phone and was using it.
