I have serious doubt that Heather was pregnant. Moving on,happy, and dating is not indicative of a pregnancy. Perhaps the weight gain was from emotional eating after the break-up.

No, but I've never seen a judge say he thinks the client is guilty to the defense attorney either.

I hope she can do it in rebuttal. That was shocking. And yeah I hope the jury is as mad as some of us are about the way that judge shut her down. I bet the jury wanted to see that presentation.

Why does SM have a police officer follow him around the courtroom/courthouse?? Is this normal, SM is not incarcerated. Do that do that to all criminal defendants at trial?

Probably for protection IMO.

I don't think the important thing is if she was or she wasn't. It's that she said she thought she was/might be. How SM found that out, though.....I don't know.

I do agree with you, though, that her upbeat behavior doesn't jive with a young woman and an unexpected pregnancy. Or a grown woman with an established life, for that matter, but I digress lol! (projecting)
