Good Morning, MAD! This is a good day, isn't it? I'm glad her bond keeps going up, she will definitely start talking because now she is faced with going to prison for a very long time.

Not sure Beatrice. They were all in Putnam then moved to St.John's since that is were the crime was committed. But I see now that Ron is in Flagler.
Maybe the jail is full or his crime was committed in Flager as well?

I was wondering the same thing and then remembered Ron is out on bail from an incident late last year. Just not sure if that incident was in Flager County.

I woke up this morning, everything i touched spilled or broke, honestly.... I didn't think today was going to be a good day at all, but seeing these players in jail, made my morning better...

This is really good news. This group of LE are smart cookies. Never said a word until they were ready with the facts. Hooray for them.

I believe that anything that has Oxy in the name carries a federal charge. I could be wrong but I am thinking that was something that I read. 25 years is a mandatory sentence and they will require proof of anything that she tells them at this point.

But I do believe that it will get interesting at this point.

They are now up the creek without a paddle and fastly headed for the falls

Sure hope that some of these charges ARE Federal. Anyone convicted on Federal charges have to do at least 85% of the time sentenced as opposed to maybe 50% in State charges. You get 'good time' in State prison that is 2 days off your sentence for every one day served if you are 'good' and do not rack up any infractions. You also get time off of your sentence if you attend educational classes.

I have sat in Federal court and watched great big guys almost in tears when sentenced because they KNOW they will serve 85% of that time.

Some small town jails/detention centers do not keep high profile inmates - they are transfered to a more secure jail. Also; if some of the charges are Federal, small town jails do not keep them in their jail.

Guess Ronald does not have an inside contact with anyone in LE now! He obviously knew nothing until the hammer came down and he was arrested!

ETA: I see in an article that some of the charges were made out of the other county, so I suppose that may be why they were transfered.

and Donna was the lady that did searches with Tim Millers group & was also the lady that Misty went to NY with & she was the one Misty was with during the road rage incident

She is a former TES volunteer. We heard that she got to know Misty and became a mother figure for her when Tim Miller and Misty did the lie detector tests. At the time of the divorce Misty stayed with her for a while and then they were disgraced because they were in a road rage incident together. They were supposed to have parted ways because Donna supposedly wore a wire and tried to get Misty to shed light on the Haleigh case.
