With all due respect cajun, MN doesn't get a free pass here simply because he's an attorney and since when has that been the qualifier here? I can think of a dozen attorney's off the top of my head who's statements' made on TV have been challanged. The two more recent that immediately come to mind are Jose B/Casey Anthony case and Kim P/Crystal S - this very case! As for me, I will not assume that "anyone" has spoken to LE nor will I grant anyone absolute credibility simply because they made the statement on TV.

I don't know and it's alleged she was at Tommy's mailbox. Still no charges.

I wonder how long it's going to take the SA to make a decision on this and the assault?

SS, I just believe that you can prove the truth. I believe she should not be afraid of talking if she is innocent. I even threw out the scenario that the AC guy used the back door while he was there that day and perhaps he left it unlocked. I have been up and down and all over every reason that could explain these issues. The problem I have is that Misty won't cooperate. She said she loved this child more than her own mother did. She said she took good care of those kids. If she means the things she says then she should cooperate. Is she worried she will be hung out to dry by LE and charged with a crime she never committed? That is up to a jury to decide...not her or LE. But to refuse, refuse...to go in and answer questions is impeding the investigation for Haleigh. If she is worrying about being arrested for something she didn't do then she is worried about her own butt, not uncovering the truth.

I do not see any way to prove that someone else unlocked the door if they did not leave any prints which is possible or if the prints should be in the house, on the doorknobs, etc. considering perhaps the person was frequently a guest there, imo.

As for the things I bolded...Wouldn't you be worried about those things if you knew you were innocent and telling the truth already? I know I would be! Especially if they were telling me that they had proof I was not telling them the whole story and I had no way to prove I was!

She has a lawyer why not go in there and talk with representation? And as far as the prints go....I see where people are talking about prints and black powder all the time. I must have missed it. Was there black powder from printing the trailer all over some pictures somewhere? I had my house fingerprinted before. That stuff is very difficult to remove with one cleaning and I never saw any black powder anywhere.

Nope, you haven't missed anything unless you've been living under a rock for the past six months and, unless there's internet connection under a rock somewhere that I don't know about, I don't think that's the case. Oh and to answer your question about a link to evidence pertaining to Misty not being asleep in her bed . . . > IMO < - posted on the very next line following that sentence. Frankly SS, I've come to learn that with some, in this case, no matter the links and links and links . . . no matter the PCSO, an office, may I add of very few words, but consistant words nontheless and words spoken by, perhaps not perfect individuals, but certainly people who I find more credible than any other characters in this case and worthy of my respect, if for nothing more than the risks that they take everyday to do the job that they do - If someone the likes of RC is given more respect and benefit of the doubt by some here than even LE - I know what I'm up against And IN MY OWN OPINION it has nothing to do with finding the truth and it certainly doesn't and hasn't helped to find HaLeigh! No link now, No link tomorrow and No link ever will be accepted by some here if it casts even a shadow of negative light on the Cummings family. I for one could care less about most of the so-called adults involved in this case but I do care about knowing what happened to a little girl, who I've never met but who loved the colors pink & purple, her little brother, riding her bike, being girly and painting her nails with her Grammy, a little girl who laid down at night anticipating waking up just to do all of the things she loved to do all over again. I just want to know where HaLeigh is, what happened to her and who did it!!
And I want to be a witness to justice being served for HaLeigh's sake - God knows she never got any in this life - IMO

Fields said he and Croslin-Cummings would work with investigators if needed.

The house was supposedly cleaned by GGS before cameras came in and it is my opinion she must have cleaned the black powder used to dust for prints. However, this is contingent that LE actually DID dust for prints which if they did not...well...that could be considered a major problem, imo.

If there was I never saw it. I would really love to see it. All I saw was a neat and tidy home no black powder residue at all. If someone went in and cleaned up the trailer fine, but I don't remember anything about a dramatic effect it had. I didn't find it dramatic at all.

Either that, or an incredible display of grime. Given that the light switch proves to be integral with Misty's story that the light was off when she went to bed and on when she awoke, I went for the most obvious, and that it was the FP dust.

In any case, gram missed a spot.

I was only responding to a post from someone who mentioned they didn't see it is all. I believe they did take fingerprints in the mh, imo.
