Misty Failed Polygraph Test

Misty was on a drug bender the weekend before the disappearance.
Whomever took this child was invited into the home by Misty.
Misty knows who this person is and has chosen to protect that person and herself above a five year old child. And has the audacity to ask how much a 17 year old can take? A hell of a lot more than a five year old victim and though it seems to be muddied for many that five year old is the only victim in this story.

The rest are adults who are dealing with the outcome of the decisions they have made.

This is a 15 min video of the VSA......she does talk about a red truck and how her brother sold it right after Haleigh went missing.......she is trying to blame her brother and cousin Joe....interesting video. If you can stand watching another one...lol

Yeppers, that would be him. So far she says he has mental problems, molested her, and stole a gun and hid it at her brothers. And she claims that on the night Haleigh went missing, he slept in his pants and socks..not his boxers as he ALWAYS does..........now how she knows he always sleeps in his boxers :waitasec: .

Let me go on record now stating my belief after watching the voice analysis test given to Misty and the full interview she gave the detective. In NO way or NO how is Misty Croslin guilty of this crime. There is strong evidence that her brother or brothers are hiding something. This whole kitchen light thing is stupid. The light was on, that's all she noticed. The conflicting statements she was in my bed, she was in the bed next to me etc. all normal for a 17 year old girl. I have witnessed MANY polygraphs and this girl does not appear to be lying in any shape or form.

You have a brother that sold a red pick-up immediately following the abduction, you have a brother whose van was scratched and beat up the day following the abduction. You have a brother afraid to go down and speak to police.

I still believe Misty. Every word. I think they are pressuring her, because the case if faultering. The investigation is stalled so they are turning back on Misty. IMO her brothers and or cousin is involved. I also think the Air Conditioning man should be throughly checked out.

I'm sure this is not the first time LE has heard this story, in fact, they said it was not. So I am quite sure they have looked at these people and it still came right back to the "key".

More to the point: How does she know what he was sleeping in the night Haleigh disappeared?

What would they arrest her for? What charge?
Making a false statement to the police?
You can't use the lie detector as evidence of that, and you can't physically prove she is lying because no one knows what actually happened.

You can't charge her with harming her, there is no proof of that.
You can't charge her with neglect, she notified the police supposedly in short order.

Their hands are pretty tied at the moment.
The fact that none of the family, especially Ron, is reacting to this news tells you that none of this is a revelation to the families.

The only part that surprises is me is that this far in she still thinks she can outsmart a polygraph.

I totally agree with every word of this post. I can't believe she thinks she can outsmart a lie detector, either. Girl can't even spell. I think the family has to know she's lying about everything. I think the police also know, but as you've stated above, their hands are tied. They have to have proof of some sort of guilt.

Please compare this tape to that of Susan Smith who had a motive to kill her children. Please note the clearity in Misty's voice when finding the door open. There are 4 possible suspects, the air conditioner guy, the 2 brothers or the cousin. Period. This child was taken by a man in the middle of the night. I think the brother right now it a strong lead.

Actually, most 17 year old girls are MASTERS of linguistics! They talk non-stop to parents, teachers, friends, co-workers, coaches, neighbors, etc. They make speeches in their high school classes, participate in activities such as debate and forensics, lead cheerleading squads in front of huge crowds, star in stage plays, sing in concerts in over-flowing auditoriums, play in basketball games in packed gymnasiums while communicating with team mates and coaches. I won't even begin to go into their linguistic skills on the phone, computer or in text messaging!

Jealousy, rage, accident, to name a few. She could be covering for Ron. As for the body...I'm sure she had help. The point is, she failed all these test. Now there is no conspiracy by LE to get Misty, so why did she fail them? She failed them and has constantly been referred to as the "key" because she has yet to be truthful about that night.

I never said she murdered HaLeigh. My belief is that she is covering for the perp. If Misty did have something to do with HaLeigh being killed...I think it could be OD accidental ingestion or sleep-aid gone too far!

Of course she can have an opinion, that's not the point. The point is, the tests show that she was being deceptive when she tried to put the blame on them.
