Seems like weekends are slow as far as updates are concerend, but the FB pg is saying the family is putting all their faith in Chisago County and the professional searchers. They have been searching areas of "high importance" adding the snow drifts are up to 3 feet.

I have faith for some reason this will get resolved soon, I hope I'm right.

I need to go look at a map of the area as a couple of people on the FB page have mentioned the water.

Need to get a timeline sorted too, particular WRT the snow, when and how quickly it fewll, and whether he was on the way back or way out when his vehicle(s) got stuck...

But first.. I have to go to work :banghead:

I just don't see what someone as pretty as Danielle saw in a jerk like AS?

Maybe she thought she could fix him? That he would change?

Oakdale: Search for missing woman continues

A candlelight vigil is planned for 6:30 p.m. Monday at Five Oaks Church in Woodbury.

As of Sunday night, Schnagl was being held in Anoka County jail, where he was transferred for a parole violation. He pleaded guilt to a first-degree felony drug charge in 2007. Bail had yet to be set as of Sunday night.

Missing Oakdale woman: blood, abuse allegations cited in disappearance

A laboratory analysis report conducted by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension concluded there was evidence of blood on the floor of Schnagl's master bedroom, on the stairway to his second floor and on a family room couch cushion.

I hadn't read about the specifics of where the blood was found.

IF he'd used cleansers and bleach to clean up the scene the trace blood evidence they found (if it'd been wiped) could be useless because the cleansers will strip away the necessary proteins allowed to do a good DNA analysis. The best they could get out of it is a blood type. So of course..it could be anyones'. I hope when they find her that she's ok. But if they tie him in to a murder..they should get him for destroying evidence too.

Ok I have a question..what do you do when you find that there may be a person that LE hasn't questioned yet? There is a girl all over twitter that acts like she's got information.

That is a LOT of pot, more than for purely recreational use, I would hazard to guess. And the police seem to be backing off of the blood evidence. I wonder what is going on behind the scenes?

I'm glad you brought that up. A previous article said 131 lbs and I was in shock over the amount. Not sure that 13 lbs vs 131 lbs makes a difference in the eyes of the law but it is the intent to sell. But IMO it makes a difference as to how involved in dealing he was and how that may affect Dani's disappearance.

Not to mention how willing he would be to plea down along with cohorts with the higher amount. Again, I'm not sure the amount makes a difference LB wise in years, but with the blood evidence being so minimal I sure hope LE has some cards close to their vest.

Just find her......

I think the law varies state to state now. Some states you can even buy a growers permit and sell to dispensaries. In the last three states I've lived in it's been "possession over an ounce is an automatic felony" So I know that "posession with intent to sell" is probably just a higher class felony. Unless they catch someone dealing or someone snitches; they really can't prove they are a dealer.
