Each charge has a max sentence. If found guilty on multiple charges the sentences will be concurrent.
Thank you. That makes sense.

Is there any live feed?
Chauvin has arrived at court.
Yes... 4 hours...after nine months of testimonyWas it 4 hours for OJ? I remember listening to the verdict at work with a transistor radio.
The judge said may be grounds on the Waters comment. I don't think there is lots of room for appeals. But, I do think we will know at some point in the very near future. Even if tried again, I don't think Chauvin would be acquitted.

Downtown workers have all been told to go home...schools hopefully get students home . this is one day earlier than they thought. Got to be guilty on all three.

Most schools had distance learning this week because of the verdict watch and fear of riots.Downtown workers have all been told to go home...schools hopefully get students home . this is one day earlier than they thought. Got to be guilty on all three.
not sequestering... another motion, still not sequestering... another motion, still didn't sequester....
That is just one reason. There are more.

Totally agree. There is always reasons to appeal and appeals are almost always filed - we don’t live in a vacuum and the jurors were vetted by both sides. It will be up to an appeals court to decide then. This was not an easy jury to pick and common sense needs to prevail as well.I don't see the sequester as an issue unless we get information that a juror or alternate was swayed. IMHO, it is too easy to say that the outside influences were a factor. These folks lived through a summer of protests, riots and violence in their community. If anything, those factors would make the jury prejudiced/fearful. What is happening now and the climate of the nation don't seem to be worthy of an overturn unless we get information that directly points to an issue.
