TBH, what can that person add? Is it relevant? e.g. what if he admitted to being the one that gave George the bills in the store, and was using George to wash the counterfits per se. This would move it into a much bigger question, one that I have had, is where is the counterfeit ring as George didn't make them. IYKWIM.

It just opens up a big worm farm for the case as to the counterfeit monies MOO, and I don't see how doing such benefits this case at this time. More justice for George that that ring is disbanded?

Him and the woman can testify as to GF’s demeanor right before the cops pulled up. Was he dozing off? Did he swallow pills before/when cops pulled up? How many did he swallow? Was he taking drugs earlier that day? All of this is extremely relevant. I’m guessing that’s why he doesn’t want to testify. He doesn’t want to help defense in anyway.

Good morning trial watchers!

I think State can offer GF’s friend that was in the car immunity and compel him to testify. I would think his testimony is important as is the woman that was in the car.
Who was the woman in the car? There are two women that claim to be his girlfriend Courtney and another..just wondering.

The woman in the car was his ex-girlfriend I believe

Since the prosecution had this man on it's witness list it seems to me this witness would have helped the state's case if he had testified.

anyone have an opinion on Maurice Hall and his testimony? I think if he can do paid interviews he should be on the stand in the case...he is a critical witness for what happened inside that car. I hope they force him to at least show up. I watched his interview on some channel and not buying anything he says...nice to know these guys come to Minneapolis to "clean up"

I’m watching on court tv on my roku so I just hear the talking heads.

Many times the talking heads on these kind of trials drives me bonkers.

Many times they will run their mouths even during testimony.

I really dont care what all the talking heads have to say. I can make up my own mind by watching the trial myself.

Good morning! I was busy preparing taxes yesterday and partly listened to the trial. Can someone fill me in on if the lady juror who left the courtroom with an emotional problem ever come back and rejoin the jury?

not sure if it was emotional or physical...probably both but yes court resumed after a break.

Yes, after a break she did

I think with all the breaks...late starts....1.5 hour lunches etc. this will go longer than one month. The witness list is very long and if they call even 1/4 of them...long trial. Another late start...thought they are arguing motions today at 9am...maybe that was cancelled.
