I find it VERY interesting and intriguing that most of these jurors are more well versed and able to share their thoughts than I can here at WS. They are articulating soooo much better than my short quips here at WS.

So impressed with others going through voir dire, as I always do with others here at WS.

Kudos to folks who may be seated. #27 up next....
I agree. I need time to form a response. I'm not good on the fly...

Thanks. For some of us who have followed cases here prior, their answers and information is so beyond what I would say on the stand. I would waffle...... So many are firm and knowledgeable. Not a slam against the jury pool AT ALL... just saying that I'm a WS'er who is VERY impressed with other folks who don't follow trials and are jurors so knowledgeable... more than I.

I try to educate myself as I'm so very ignorant to many things... but these folks are above and beyond my ignorance. And I appreciate these trials and all of you folks to learn.

Whoa.. a juror who is a JD is now going through voir dire.

Interesting testimony for sure!

3:30 pm her testimony at Watch live: Daylong coverage of Derek Chauvin jury selection

Again, the question is how do you resolve conflict. Again and again and again... this is a question for voir dire
That question "How do you resolve conflict?" has been asked each time by defense atty. It is a difficult one to answer off the top of one's head...IMO.

Off audio now. Judge and lawyers apparently discussing how to proceed with this PJ, who happens to be attorney.

#DerekChauvinTrial - PJ29 thinks she'd be a good juror as she has a great memory, legal background. Having a small child at home it's a big commitment, could be draining. Therefore, she marked "neutral" about wanting to be on the jury on the questionnaire.

Only defense has questioned this PJ so far. I think the team is trying to decide weather to use up a precious "strike". Prosecution has yet to question PJ#29

Cliffhanger: Judge recessing for 15 minutes.

This is going to be interesting...if they keep Juror #29.
