I agree.Judge Cahill certainly seems sympathetic to defense! I have watched a ton of trials and never though that of a judge - not to this extent!

Nelson said we have to show beyond reasonable doubt that none of those other factors played a role. That's a lie. We need to show defendant's actions were a substantial factor in the COD

I believe the State has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that that the defendant's actions were a substantial factor in causing George Floyd's death.

Just to clarify, Judge Cahill says he’ll re-read the portion that states any statement made that’s different from his should be disregarded.
