What kind of information will LE be required to release after the 30 year anniversary? Someone has to request those records, and the what must they release?

From what I understand Jared looked at a line up, and DAH was in it. He did not choose DAH.
I had sent photos of a serial pedophile to Joy that looked identical to the sketch, and I never got a response. Months later, I sent them to her again, but this time NCMEC got a CC.

In this email I also asked Joy to forward the photos and that sketch to Jared. I got an email back from Jared that said it got his attention, and we arranged to speak on the phone.

We discussed the photos I sent, and how much they looked like the sketch. However, he seemed to think DAH is the perp. At this point I didn't push him. LE did not confirm one way or the other if this serial pedophile was being investigated. The only other thing that could tie this perp up there would be that he went to Palmer Chiropractic school; the same school that Jerry Wetterling went to. This perp could have known him, and stalked boys in the area.

I think the perp that took JW was not the same perp that assaulted Jared. There were other pedophiles in the area, and I believe there could have been more than one perp assaulting the boys. I also believe that many of these pedophiles/child molesters knew each other, and ran in the same circles. I wouldn't say this if I hadn't had lengthy conversations with an experienced investigator in child sex crimes/trafficking.

The boys that were with JW that night describe a man about 6ft. tall. I think the FBI said he was in his mid 40s. DAH, LK, and the pedophile I'm speaking of are all around the same age... "70".

The reality is that pedophiles can be well connected to people in high positions, and some of those people may be pedophiles also, or they may be making money hand over fist on the trafficking of these kids. I'm hoping that LE has already thought about this, and their investigation has included this possibility, as this could be why this has gone unsolved for 25 years. Just another angle to think about.

Also, from what I understand, DAH was around 5ft. 6in., and as I said the perp that abducted Jacob was around 6ft. tall. Another thing that can exclude the pedophile I shared information on, is that he's about 6ft. 1in. tall, or he appears that tall to me, as we saw him in person at a deposition. Police reports show him as 6ft. Tall, blond hair, and green eyes. If he's wearing a hat, which I assume he has if he's abducted boys, they would not be able to identify him by his hair color. I would think if he changed his MO from "grooming" to "abducting" (which does happen), he'd want to wear a hat as his hair color would stand out. I also know that his hair was darker in some photos, and he may have died his hair blonder as he got older.

I think records should have been requested a long time ago. There's information that has not been looked at yet, and the person holding this information knows LE has not investigated what she has since 1997. Several attempts have been made to have this information looked into, but it has not.

The problem is that if LE is investigating a specific individual, they claim that they cannot reveal who they're investigating as it can compromise the investigation. However, they were more than willing to make a dog and pony show out of digging up DRs property.

Now they're either trying to create a diversion because they know who the abductor is, and they don't want the public to know because they're hiding something, or because they know who the abductor is, and they're trying to create a diversion, so the real perp will let his guard down.

The reason I say this is because DR was publicly named as a suspect, and if they're going to name him publicly, then they can't really claim this reason: "We're not able to disclose anything in the investigation, as it may compromise it".
If this were true, than DR being a POI is knowledge to the world, and the "investigation" on him has been compromised long ago,

I agree Hollinger seems to fit for Jared. It could be Jared has just blocked these memories for his own sanity, or has a form of PTSD from it all. He seemed to favor Hollinger until he was convinced by someone that DAH was his perp. He's probably just confused now by all the possible perp pics, etc. That would be understandable.

Jared also had to have passed up pics of DAH over the years too and now all of a sudden he seems convinced he was his perp.

I agree with all of above, except Trevor said the abductor was merle's height, which was 5' 10". (I realize that is close to 6 ft but the 5'10" pretty much rules out MF.)

LE just needs to work with DM, and take a serious look at her information.

As far as contacting Joy about DM's information: I think this has already been done prior to me coming into the picture, and I don't think she's interested. She has her own theories, and she seems pretty convinced it's DAH. DAH is a complete monster, but he just doesn't fit.

I called one local news station there about the pedophile we exposed from Ohio that looked like the sketch. They were very interested, until I told them this guy probably wasn't the one who took JW, and I told them about LK. After this, I got an email saying that they couldn't use their resources on this, and thanked me for contacting them.

They wanted to know everything about the perp from Ohio and Illinois, but when LK came up------> that's where it ended. How could this happen with two news stations? Sudden interest, then nothing? Why has all media in the area, and elsewhere made a Broadway production out of DR as a POI, yet LE claims talking about any leads could compromise an "investigation"? They're contradicting themselves! :scared:

I think LK did this, and I think he was hired. I'd like to see photos of him in his 40's.

SCSO, the BCA, and the FBI need to look into all of this further. Period.

Maybe the whole town needs to get together and ask questions. Something is wrong in Stearnsville!

HJM lived in Ohio until 1981 until he moved to Georgia. He moved from Woodstock Ga. to Davenport, Iowa in 1984. He attended Palmer Chiropractic School until 1986-87. He moved to Chicago around 1987.

He is a dead ringer for the sketch, and that's about it, and I called NCMEC. They had me send everything in to them that I had......documents, photos, arrest reports etc. They forwarded everything to the appropriate parties. A reporter took an interest, and I have no idea what she's done, if anything. The only possible connection to him being in that area, is that he went to the same Chiropractic School Jerry Wetterling went to. They may have known each other though alumni activity.......who knows.

I contacted SCSO more recently, and the only thing they had in a file on HJM were photos. I do think other states may be investigating him. There's 4 suspicious deaths....2 were past Ohio victims (one in 1982), and one was a young man from Iowa (Nov.1986), and the other one died just 6 days after he was exposed as a serial pedophile (Nov. 2012).
