Second degree with intent , sounds more serious than just second degree murder... almost like LE have evidence of premeditation ?

He is being held on suspicion of 2nd degree intentional murder without premeditation. Obviously that could change as more info is gathered. And he is only being held on suspicion of that charge at this time.

WINONA – A Fillmore County deputy found human remains on Wednesday afternoon north of Mabel, Minnesota. The body was found in some brush off Highway 43 and was located using information generated during the Madeline Kingsbury investigation. Because of this, law enforcement personnel have arrested Adam Fravel on probable cause in connection to her disappearance. Numerous members of the Winona Police Department, the Winona County Sheriff’s Office, the Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office, the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) agents and crime scene personnel, and the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office are working as quickly as possible to positively identify the remains. We are asking the community to respect the family’s privacy at this time and not to speculate on the case until further information is made available. We will share an update tomorrow once we have more information confirmed.

TO THE MEDIA: We are planning on hosting a news conference tomorrow in the Winona City Council Chambers. We will announce a time for the news conference tomorrow once we have details confirmed.

Exactly, timing? Maybe he told LE where she was and once they verified it he was officially arrested. Just speculating.

Without realizing it, I was still holding some hope in my heart that Maddi was alive somehow, somewhere. This news made me so very sad. My heart goes out to her children and her family.

My husband and I spent a little time in Lansboro and Preston Memorial weekend. It was so sad to see Maddie's missing signs all over. I will be keeping her family and friends in my thoughts and waiting for justice.
