2. AF lied saying he was told by LE not to join in searches
3. There is a good probability AF has lied about other facts unknown to us that LE knows for a fact
4. Locking himself am the baby in the home yelling profanities is him coming unhinged. At that point he put the baby in danger. JMO

The manner in which LE is proceeding is more (imo) out of an abundance of caution.
That is why I said it was a fact, and highlighted the "removed" portion.
"Fact" as in LE wanted them out of that house and acted on that.
That the children are safe in foster care is indisputable.
I didn't say the possible harm part of the sentence was a fact.... so you may have misunderstood the sentence.
If they thought it was completely safe, they would have left the two little ones there.
"Possible harm" means may or may not, so it's a 'who knows' situation.
There are many unknowns including what the state of Madalines' relationship with AF was, exactly ?
It looked as though she was seeking another living arrangement.
So it's sad for Madaline and for her children.
Imo.

I believe that the kids were at risk of possible harm due to the fact that they were the only two WITNESSES as to what happened that morning. AF may have, at least, wanted to see what they would say (to him) before LE got a chance at them - and at worst gotten rid of the evidence.

Kingsbury and Adam Fravel were still living together but the 26-year-old woman wanted to move out, her sister and “best friend” Megan Kingsbury told KARE 11.

Megan told the outlet she wanted Madeline to move to the Twin Cities so they could be closer, but her sister wanted their children, ages 2 and 5, to have frequent contact with their dad.

Fravel, who did not have custodial rights to the kids, allegedly yelled profanities and was uncooperative with officials who arrived to pick up the children at a relative’s home after Madeline’s disappearance. Social workers eventually removed the children.

Bonney Bowman, a spokesperson for the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, said "she is not aware of any law enforcement agencies advising Fravel not to attend news conferences or organized searches for Kingsbury".

There very well may have been someone with LE that did tell AF this, that Bonney is not aware of.

If AF was told not attend news conferences or organized searches due to his safety, why isn't he asking LE for the video tape showing when, where and by who he was told that, to prove he is not lying? (Not that any news agency would air it)

I would think every interaction by LE with AF was recorded and saved for future use.

Winona is about an hour drive from Mayo Clinic- Rochester. During covid, many non-direct patient care positions were moved to telework (working from home). With two small children and living in Winona, a commute that long every day would be tedious. I used to make that commute 3+ times a week before I even had kids and it wasn't great.

You are right, it must be recorded somewhere if it happened but it's probably part of an interview that cannot be shown or released. It's also probably one of AF's least concerns at the moment. Even if he wanted it released, I don't think LE would waste any of their valuable time pandering to his demands.

I'm curious about this whole situation with the father not having custody. If anyone would care to answer, I have a question for discussion.

If we knew the baby daddy was innocent in this case - let's say he was in London (far away, where the whole city is on CCTV) at a conference with LE professionals (many reliable witnesses). Would you still feel like the kids should be taken away from him?

In this instance, innocent or guilty, he has no custody. He needs to follow protocols to gain custody. Fighting with SS and swearing in front of minors .. I'd say that's not the best way to do that..
