Someone asked the group if they are also having a search tomorrow (April 22) and a group organiser replied "No, we will not be having any searches tomorrow. LE will be out in that area tomorrow so we need to stay out of their way. LE has asked that we no longer do just random searching. We get target areas from them at the beginning of the week. We then is and execute searches on the weekend. They are also having an event for those who in the community on Saturday and we want everyone to be able to attend and spend time together as a group. LE agreed with that plan since they will be out in the target areas tomorrow."

Perhaps the search warrants provided some new information (Cell phone data) and that is where LE is planning on searching Saturday.

Fingers crossed!

so her ex-partner would be responsible for child support in addition to his own cost of living
Please explain this in the context of his not having certified father status, or whatever its called.

Exactly.
Looks like LE are going where certain data tells them to look ?
I also suspect LE know what they have ... just not Madaline.
Hoping for answers soon for her distraught family and children.
Imo.

This might at least give them some idea where to start looking.

MOO I don't think this is about him avoiding child support, otherwise with her gone he would always be responsible for child support, if you see what I mean. The children may be at the centre of any possible escalation though IMO.
Perhaps, but many men can't simply accept the relationship is over and allow a woman to move on. DV is rampant

Agree completely with your comment. I just don't think it was to avoid child support payments.

Agree... also they don't like the fact another person will help raise the kids.

Killing the mother of your children is a sure fired way of having someone else raise your kids when you get thrown in prison for the rest of your life.

Apparently that line of thinking doesn't cross their mind at the time, since we see it happen time and time again.

Megan Kingsbury said the "focus is on finding Maddi," and her family is blocking out online theories about Madeline's disappearance.
Madeline Kingsbury's active Army infantryman brother was overseas when his dad called him with the troubling news that his sister was missing.

Stephen Kingsbury's 26-year-old sister hasn't been seen or heard from since she dropped off her kids at daycare with the children's father around 8 a.m. on March 31, and she sent her sister a "goofy" text to her sister around 8:15 a.m. the same day.

"Madeline is always in constant communication with family," Stephen told Fox News Digital in an email. "I came home to support my family and contribute in any way possible in efforts to locate Madeline and bring her home."

On Saturday, the Kingsbury family shared a 2021 video with Fox News Digital of Maddi, as she's known by family and friends, singing to her newborn son a couple of days after Stephen returned to Winona, Minnesota.

Maddie has a beautiful voice, wondering if that video is targeting a certain someone ...

The children have his last name, so I'm assuming he is responsible for child support in the event that the parents do not live together. I don't know anything about law in Minnesota where the parents must complete additional documents that would give the father parental rights.

That is such a bittersweet moment, especially considering what the family is dealing with now. Bless Maddi and her sweet children.

Whether the kids have the fathers last name or not he is responsible for child support if they don't live together. The ROP is a form the hospital gives when the baby is born. At least they used to. Then there is no doubts when they split for the Dad to pay support.
